A relatively basic city hotel. There is a nice outdoor space to work and the bar service was friendly.

Good quality hotel for a short stay in the Providencia district, near all main attractions and shopping venues. From the higher floors there is a good view on the city and the sunset. On the points to be aware of: the air conditioning system in the room is located near the bed and this makes sleeping not very comfortable. Also I would not rely on the reception calling taxi for you - in our case their partner company announced a 45 minute waiting time in the morning right before our flight.

Brand new hotel just well placed near to all the best in providência. Waking distance to Costanera shopping mall, and easy and quick access from/to airport by taxi or subway.

Check-in was very good and quick. The quality of the breakfast wasn't great; for example, the fruit was hard. I liked that there was a water filter available in the reception area and on every floor. The pool is quite narrow, and as far as I know, towels aren't provided there. Finally, a small detail: we left before breakfast at 7:00 a.m., the official breakfast time, and they refused to put a couple of things on a plate for us, even though the buffet was already ready.

Hilton is getting worse and worse, relying solely on its reputation. This place is barely a budget hotel; they don't even provide slippers, and the breakfast is mediocre. They don't even provide bottled water in the room, you have to go out to get it, just like a hostel 😩. I won't stay here again next time.

There's delicious ice cream available at the entrance, and a hot water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor. The rooms are similar to those at a domestic hotel chain like Ji Hotel, and the area is quite safe.

Very nice room. The surrounding environment is also very good. It is particularly suitable for work and life. It is relatively safe and suitable for living. It is very clean. Except for the average breakfast, everything else is fine.

The hotel has a great location and a nice surrounding environment. The hotel is quite clean, but the breakfast is a bit unpalatable for Chinese tastes. I hope they can add more hot dishes in the future.

Ms. Cecilia at the front desk was very welcoming and responsible. She solved many problems for us, and even helped us make restaurant reservations and arrange transportation to the San Antonio cruise terminal, making our trip to San Diego very smooth.

The breakfast was plentiful, and it was very close to the nearby shopping mall and Jumbo. The only downside was that the water flow from the shower head was too weak. If this isn't improved, I wouldn't want to stay here again.
