Good amenities, good for short stays

Located in the Providencia area, convenient transportation is a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. The rooms are a bit small, but as a basic franchise hotel, there are no inconveniences. The hotel is clean and the bedding is comfortable. There are many supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it convenient. The Korean restaurant is particularly delicious, with dishes like rabokki (spicy stir-fried rice cakes) and jeyuk-deopbap (spicy pork rice bowl).

The neighborhood is very safe, close to the airport (about a 3-minute walk), and there are many restaurants, supermarkets, and a subway station. The prices are also very reasonable and the place is very clean.

The rooms seemed extremely small to me. It was difficult to move around, even within the room itself. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. We had to request one at reception, and they "lent" us one after we left a deposit. It's unheard of that you have to ask to borrow a hairdryer in a hotel. Also, in the booking instructions, we requested a room far from the elevator, but they put us right in front of it. I inquired about this as soon as I arrived, and they lied to me, saying we were far away. I pointed this out to them because, while I understand they might not have enough rooms, guests are bound to have a bad impression of the place if they lie about such unnecessary things. Furthermore, I don't think the staff did their job well. They should be more attentive. There was shouting in the hallway, and it was really difficult for us to get the rest we needed. The top bunk was very uncomfortable. There were three of us, and they only gave us two towels.

Small, crowded, like a temple in a snail shell. The advantage is that the nearby area is safe, there are medium-sized supermarkets and many restaurants nearby, which is convenient for dining. I arrived early in the morning and had to pay an additional 60 US dollars for early check-in, which was more expensive than the normal one-night room rate I booked on Ctrip. But there was no other way. I couldn't sit there and check in at 4 pm, and I couldn't add an early check-in on Ctrip at the last minute, so I had to pay 60 US dollars on the spot. This is a bit of a rip-off, after all, early check-in at Hilton is only 25 US dollars!

It was decent accommodation, but the rooms were very small, and there was no hairdryer, or at least I didn't see one. You can find better places for the same price. The bed was very good.

A wonderful hotel with a great location; we walked to all the sights. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the bed was soft. The reception staff were very friendly, always available, and we had immediate answers to any questions. Awesome place!

Water problems in the shower, the sink in the bedroom, and the room didn't have a closet. The bed cover was dirty. The room had a bad smell.

The space is tight and the bathroom is a mobile bathroom. The bathroom is not ventilated and has no windows. A simple and fast hotel.
