"The rooms seemed extremely small to me. It was difficult to move around, even within the room itself. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. We had to request one at reception, and they "lent" us one after we left a deposit. It's unheard of that you have to ask to borrow a hairdryer in a hotel. Also, in the booking instructions, we requested a room far from the elevator, but they put us right in front of it. I inquired about this as soon as I arrived, and they lied to me, saying we were far away. I pointed this out to them because, while I understand they might not have enough rooms, guests are bound to have a bad impression of the place if they lie about such unnecessary things. Furthermore, I don't think the staff did their job well. They should be more attentive. There was shouting in the hallway, and it was really difficult for us to get the rest we needed. The top bunk was very uncomfortable. There were three of us, and they only gave us two towels."

"The hotel is located in Providencia a garden neighborhood with all services in a few meters to the round. Bars, supermarket, pharmacy etc. 200 m from Santiago metro and the stop of the tourist bus. It is modern, quiet, with 24-hour reception, 2 bedrooms and a very basic but useful kitchen. There is free parking and daily rest. It is also a collection point of mountain tours. The staff is very friendly."

Novotel Santiago Providencia

"I was unable to stay due to an unexpected health issue that prevented me from making this trip. I requested the hotel to allow me to change my dates so as not to lose the money I had paid, but they denied my request. I had to reschedule my flights for a few months from now, and of course, I will not be staying at this hotel. It's disappointing that a chain with such a certain reputation doesn't offer this courtesy. Something to consider."

"Located in one of the nicest areas of Santiago (Providencia), this place has several apartments. The reception is excellent, as there's always a doorman who gives you the key whenever you need it, which is a great advantage. Parking is included in the rate, but not breakfast. Ours was an apartment for three people with everything we needed in the kitchen, a very comfortable master bedroom, and a bed in the living/dining room. The only downside was that the bathroom was inside the bedroom, so you lose some privacy. Otherwise, everything was fantastic."

"This is an affordable, clean and friendly hotel. The location is convenient and safe. The staff is very professional and helpful. The cafe on-site has great coffee, pastries, sandwiches and cakes. The breakfast is healthy. The hotel decor is hip and the premises are very clean. The hotel is on a not very trafficked boulevard so I had no issues with noise. The area felt safe."
