The pictures show, among others, the Hotel Britannia Excelsior, which no longer exists. The apartments have a similar name, but are rented out by private owners. Accordingly, there is neither a pool nor a restaurant or other extras. Check-in and payment is made through a hotel nearby. The "luxury" apartment itself is very spacious and corresponds to the information provided. However, the furnishings leave a lot to be desired. - Lights on the ceiling and walls do not work - not in the bathroom either, and this has no window - no WiFi - router is there, but without power supply and no password, little to no network in the apartment - bathroom not cleaned properly, hair from the previous party everywhere - shower wall very moldy and calcified - terrace: rubbish from the previous tenants - old filthy grills, bottle of methylated spirits at over 30 degrees - sofa covered with a cover, underneath a sofa that is only suitable for bulky waste - the sofa bed specified is completely broken, fell apart when trying to pull it up - telephone number specified is not available!

We were going to stay there as a family from August 14 to 18, 2022. We booked via booking. When we arrived, there was no one there but a simple small sign with 2 phone numbers. The first you come across an answering machine and the second in a hotel in a neighboring town. We learn that there is no reservation in our name even though the reservation was confirmed and we were charged at the beginning of July. Due to the lack of a response from Booking and an available hotel, we had to return home in the middle of the night (over 700km with 2 children). UNALLOWABLE, THIEVES!!!
