Cozy area, nice pool. BUT arrived on a sunday, restaurant closed, everything closed so couldnt even have something to drink during the Evening. Only minibar at room was at your sevice. Pretty broken Wi-Fi Aswell.

Perfect getaway. Loved renting e-bikes to La Morra. The staff was amazingly accommodating.

Great staff, service, room, property and food. Would stay here again without hesitation. Close enough to La Morra and other towns and restaurants. On site restaurant is very good for both dinner and breakfast.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero bellissimo in questa struttura e non possiamo che consigliarla! L’albergo è curato, accogliente e immerso in un contesto splendido, perfetto per godersi al meglio le Langhe. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile durante tutta la nostra permanenza, facendoci sentire sempre a nostro agio. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Chiara, la responsabile, che si è dimostrata davvero preziosa: ci ha fornito tantissimi consigli e spunti utili su cosa vedere e fare nei dintorni, contribuendo a rendere il nostro viaggio ancora più piacevole. Inoltre, abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto durante il soggiorno e Chiara è intervenuta prontamente, aiutandoci e risolvendo la situazione con grande professionalità e attenzione. Un’esperienza super positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista. Torneremo sicuramente!

L’hôtel a annulé notre réservation en plein mois d’août sans nous indiquer un motif valable. Nous attendons le remboursement mais il est difficile de trouver si tardivement et en pleine haute saison un autre hôtel. Que se passe-t-il ? Cela n’est pas facile à accepter

Al Resort avevamo soggiornato anni fa e neanche questa volta ci ha deluso, cura nei dettagli molto bello la piscina ampia, tranquillo per rilassarsi lo consiglio vivamente posto incantevole. Non si può dire la stessa cosa del ristorante dove abbiamo cenato ieri sera, tempi biblici per avere due piatti, il personale in sala non mi sembrava all altezza, ci aspettavamo totalmente una cena diversa. La titolare ci ha spiegato che gestiscono il ristorante da poco tempo capisco che si possano commettere errori ma il cliente non può essere abbandonato in sala senza spiegazioni. Si può fare molto meglio.
