Lavida Hotel at Camiral Golf & Wellness

es un Hotel que de instalaciones es bonito, pero se nota que es lo último que cuidan. Las habitaciones están sumamente sucias. Nos hemos encontrado una araña enorme de esas que te mandan al hospital habíamos traído un picnic y lamentablemente como no hay minibar y está lleno de hormigas, hemos tenido que tirar toda la comida , y tuvimos que gastar casi 80€ en su único restaurante Bella’s y nos ha dado una indigestión , la levitación de la pizza no era la adecuada para los precios del restaurante y estaba sumamente salada la comida con muchísimo ajo no sentó fatal luego no había ningún lado absolutamente ninguno para conseguir agua no hay recepción el pequeño pueblo que hay también está todo cerrado , pasamos sed y la noche en el baño .

We stayed in this hotel from April 9th ​​to 12th and played golf during those days, fantastic. Unfortunately this was not the case at the Hotel Lavida and it is simply a Spanish 4 star hotel that cannot live up to these stars! For €175 a night including breakfast you would expect at least 2 small and 2 large towels in the room. That was not the case, but the beds were very comfortable and the shower very pleasant. Almost no storage space and no chair in the room!? We were in room no. 5 and when you went to reception there was a large glass sliding door, through which at least 5 people ran in while we were there and hit their heads, the fact that the girls from reception immediately got up and asked how the guest was doing didn't help much. But what was really bad was the breakfast buffet, if you can even call it that. There was no coffee, only decaffeinated Nespresso and orange juice. The worst was the butter and margarine, everything was unrefrigerated and warm, even the meat and cheese had tarnished. The highlight was that the butter was rancid and had passed its use-by date. This condition is dangerous to health! When we complained in the kitchen, the hotel manager spoke to us later and wanted to blame the error on his temporary worker. We then explained to him that the responsibility lay with him and the head chef and he promised to correct it immediately. The solution would actually have been for him to have breakfast in his hotel once a week and to understand the current situation. The next morning the breakfast situation was the same, no change, everything was unrefrigerated again! The only change was that at two other tables the guests were extremely dissatisfied and also complained. Hotel not recommended under this management!

Muy contenta con la experiencia, me hubiese quedado un par de noches más. Precio- calidad muy bien. El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. A no ser que te encuentres con huéspedes que no respetan el descanso del resto. El desayuno con poca variedad, pero suficiente si solo pasas unos pocos días. La cena excelente, aunque la atención es mejorable. Nadie nos trato mal, ni muchísimo menos, pero sí se nota cierta falta de experiencia y hay puntos a mejorar. En recepción muy amables y atentos. La habitación nos ha encantado. Cama amplia, TV grande, ducha transparente. Lo que sí he echado en falta una nevera donde guardar alguna botella de agua, sobre todo los meses de verano. La limpieza de las habitaciones también excelente. Aunque siempre debería ser así en todos los hoteles, lamentablemente no lo es. En este caso sí. Un 10. Sin duda repetiría experiencia.

Muy bien en general, servicio muy agradable, nos llevaron en buggy a otro restaurante, cama muy cómoda, no hay nevera pero te reponen el agua diariamente. Muy tranquilo a excepción del pitido de algún camión a deshoras. Podría haber alguna hamaca más en la piscina. La pizza y el desayuno muy ricos. Volvería.

El desayuno es muy pobre y no reponen amenudo cestas vacías. La habitación no tiene nevera. El cierre para ir al balcón imposible de abrir. La piscina sino sabes nadar no puedes entrar si eres pequeña como yo es 1,50m. Solo hay 10 tumbonas. La zona común la tv está mal situada delante ascensor la tienes que ver de pie y no ponen música ambiental. La cena fué buena pero tardan mucho en servir. La habitación muy limpia.
