Quando si offre una proposta simile non si può non avere successo…. Struttura antica, immersa nel verde ad un tiro di schioppo dal paese…. Curata fin nei minimi particolari con gran gusto e sapientemente gestita da Lorenzo…. Padrone di casa ineccepibile…. gentile, dai modi raffinati, sorridente e disponibile ad una piacevolissima conversazione…. La nostra camera vantava un gran gusto nell’arredamento, luminosa nonostante fosse in una mansarda, perfettamente pulita e molto ampia… Al “Contado” mi sono sentito veramente a casa e questo è il miglior complimento che possa fare…. Altra menzione speciale per la colazione che è stata da Lorenzo organizzata secondo i nostri gusti e molto generosa nelle quantità e nella qualità…. Che altro dire? Passando in zona ci rivedremo senza alcun dubbio!!! La strada è giusta , caro Lorenzo, riceverai il successo che meriti!

Piacevole sorpresa. Struttura nel verde, molto curata nei dettagli, confortevole, ottima posizione per raggiungere Modena, Bologna, Spilamberto, Vignola. Camera molto pulita, colazione con ingredienti di qualità ed abbondante. Il proprietario è appassionato del suo lavoro e ci è sembrato molto attento a fornire in servizio curato e discreto. Consigliatissimo.

Usufruito del B&B per una sola notte in trasferta per lavoro, comodo come posizione fuori modena , colazione molto buona , si ordina la sera e il fatto di non avere un buffet limita un po’ la scelta (questa fa la differenza tra 5 e 4 di valutazione). Stanza con letto comodo pulita spaziosa e anche molto bella esteticamente . Nel complesso consigliato

Il contado è un B&B molto carino ubicato in una buona posizione, trovandosi a pochi chilometri da Modena. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era spaziosa, ben arredata ed estremamente pulita e silenziosa. Il personale è molto gentile e la colazione è ottima e abbondante. Consiglio senza dubbi!

Capitati in questa struttura per caso, essendo tutto prenotato nel centro città, d’ora in poi sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per le nostre gite Modenesi. Piccolo casolare posto in una zona strategica, vicina ma non troppo al centro, silenziosa ed intima. Poche stanze ma molto pulite e curate. Cordialità e disponibilità estrema. Un’unica segnalazione va alla colazione un po’ povera, ma in tempo di pandemia purtroppo i ricchi buffet continentali non esistono più. Il mio giudizio nel complesso è molto positivo.
