Very nice, big, clean, and comfortable room. Hotel is very stylish. The pool area is great and it is just a minute walk to the beach. The Island of Arbarella is great, although not a lot of restaurants or shops in the area. The Hotel provided free bicycles - the bikes where pretty crappy, but usable for short trips. Breakfast was excellent, but I was a bit disappointed with the buffet dinner service. Staff extremely professional and helpful - apart from the lady who checked us in. She was a bit "dry" and pretty much just handed us a piece of paper (in English) and did not inform us of anything (location and time of breakfast, free bikes, free beach towels, etc.). Parking was fine, although a bit crowded (the hotel was full, mostly families with young children). Only one English TV channel (BBC News). Recommend, would stay again.

We spent a week with my wife and with our children who are 4,6. This island, and the Hotel is perfect for families have younger kids for a week, but I cannot recommend those who have older kids, because it could be boring for them. Our room was spacious (2 floor), and nicely designed. It was equipped with dishwasher, washing machine,cooker, fridge so on.. Cleaning was OK but there was mold in the shower :( Not a big deal to fix it. My experiences is very positive about the staff. The beach, the pool and the catering was fantastic. The only negative that you should calculate with is mosquitoes. A lot of mosquitoes flying after sunset. Every day found some in the room as well because during the cleaning process rooms doors are always open.

It is now the second time we stay in Hotel Capo Nord and the third time we spend our summr vacation on Isola Albarella, so when I say it is the perfect holiday destination, you can believe that it really is. Starting with the hotel staff, the restaurant staff and the amenities, people are nice, English speaking is no problem for no one. Rooms are big offering large spaces, a full equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed as well daily, bed linens are changed after 3 days and of a very good quality. Breakfast and dinner is served respecting COVID-19 precautions, so no worries about that. Meals are fine and for all tastes, from vegetarian to pasta, fish and meat you find it all. Everything is tasteful and carefully prepared. The hotel beach is no exception to the rules, clean large spaces between sun beds, two sun beds and one umbrella are included in the room price. Also in the room price is a pass to the Centro Sportivo included, this will give you free access to a olimpic swimming pool, restaurant, beach, gym and other amenities for kids and adults. In the evening you can go there to the concert center to all kind if shows.

We wanted to visit Albarella and this shoud be the bes hotel there. It was horrible. We will write advatages (it would be very dificult to find) and disadvatages (easy job). Advantages: - good locotiong - Albarella :-) - bikes are included with room charge Disadvantages: - mold in bathroom - many mosqitos in bedroom (when housekeeping doing their job, doors are open and there are no repelents in any room) - many blood marks (mosqito) and other marks on the walls - sofa is coverd with bedsheet - receptionist speek very little english and absolutly missig any customer service - breakfast - long lines to get any food, coffe from automatic machine - no taste, very limited selection of food and staff doesn’t speak any english, lot of mess in restaurant Overall: One of the worst hotel we ever stayed. Strongly recomand not to go there. Our tip: If you can, rent a villa or any other accomodation in Albarella.

We booked a suite (with kitchenette, fridge and washing machine) that was really big. Even a small garden. We booked half board, meaning a good breakfast and a daily diner. The diner was in buffet, with some show cooking, really good. Fresh fish, seafood, nice deserts. There are 2 things that need to improve: Staff needs to make a bit of effort to talk a bit English, French or German. An example that worked on my nerves: The chief of the staff cleaning up the tables, passed all tables with people speaking Italian to wish them a nice evening, people like us who don't speak Italian, didn't see her passing by. Secondly, about the room, nice, no issues at all, but there are 2 terraces, please put a comfortable deck chair on the terras. For the rest, the swimming pool is fabulous, not too crowded but again, the lifesaver accepted people drinking in real glasses since she couldn't explain in English that this is dangerous. Summarized: Great hotel, nice room, nice pool, good kitchen, great beach with reserved deckchairs, all perfect but please please try to get the staff speaking a bit better English or German, French. I don't wanne discuss how the staff is wearing the mouth masks, the fact that the Venice area became orange now tells you enough. Luckily I understand the way of living, I like the Italian flair, I know it's not easy to find people with language skills and YES, I like the hotel, the environment, the quiet island and we had a great holiday in these bad Covid times.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui solo per una notte , ma tornerei sicuramente!! Accoglienza dello staff ottima , super disponibili anche in tutte le richieste fatte , ristorante ottimo, con musica dopo cena, spiaggia a due passi , in questo periodo rilassante e molto pulita , consiglio al tramonto di fare una passeggiata! Camera bellissima , anzi era un appartamento! Disponibilità di affittare bici per girare l isola e visitare tantissimi scorci, sicuramente da lì potete andare a vedere i fiordi , molto particolari! Ottima la colazione con veramente tanta scelta tra dolci fatti in casa, centrifughe , english breakfast e caffetteria espressa, salutiamo tutto lo staff maitre, barman ,direttore e receptionist simpaticissimi , soprattutto Giancarlo 😊

"Abbiamo scoperto un posto fantastico!" Sfortunatamente quest'anno avevamo pochi giorni di vacanza (in luglio), ma li abbiamo trascorsi come meglio non si poteva. Un hotel degno di una categoria superiore! Accoglienza premurosa ed attenta; camera (junior suite) pulita e confortevole. Piscina "SUPER!!". Breakfast da sogno... degno di un 5 stelle! Dalle centrifughe ai pan-cake fatti al momento; pasticceria eccellente con brioches e torte vegane e senza lattosio; corner del gluten free; marmellate e pane fatti in casa. Cena a buffet soddisfacente con ragazzi in sala sorridenti e disponibili (anche se molto giovani ed un po' inesperti). Unica nota negativa, una signora al bar in spiaggia, un pelino scontrosa... Direttore onnipresente e molto disponibile. Un'isola felice!! Grazie a tutti! Ci rivedremo l'anno prossimo!!
