Such a beautiful venue but oh so tired!! The rooms are basically falling apart- which actually is not great value when you’re spending €280 for 2 nights. The breakfast was quite frankly abysmal- they can’t even make you a real cup of coffee which is available anywhere in Italy. Also- if you have a room above the courtyard- forget about getting any sleep as you can hear all the other guests and especially the staff who, even though they were very nice- are happy chatting and making noise at all hours. Sadly won’t be coming back.

I have nothing but praise for this secluded farm stay in Sicily. Rooms were very clean and nice. All staff was very friendly and the hotel is super pet friendly. Every morning we were served with a delicious breakfast made of genuine food. There are quiet places to walk surrounded with the sound of roaming cows. The only thing I can complain about is booking for rooms online. Apprently it is best to indicate the number of guests in each room even if you book a single, double, triple or quadruple room. We were charged extra for having 3 guests staying in a triple room as we didnt indicte that we wil be 3 guests in the room.

We have stayed here many times and have loved it each and every time. It is set in the middle of nowhere, with the only sounds being crickets, cowbells and children playing in the beautiful swimming pool. Very family friendly, food incredible, staff always obliging. Every inch of the place is beautiful.

We went last week for family wedding stayed in ANNA as classic suite, yes staff are friendly, yes the building is nice but this suite is rubish and not worth €305 a night, breakfast a maximum 2 stars hotel quality if not one, room had sofa never been cleaned before the qyluality of the room below standard of any European 2 stars hotel .....I leave the photo to for you to highlight the low standard you will get

First, the location. It really is "remote" so going out to dinner at night is really not a great option. That said, one of the best things about this villa is the food - we had two very good dinners at the villa and the breakfast was also a nice spread, with many fine options. The rooms vary. We were placed in a very dark room with twin beds and a bathroom that sorely needed renovation. However, the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a bigger, more lighted room off the courtyard. However, the door wouldn't lock...so after about 25 minutes of trying to fix it, they just shaved off some of the door...and that did the trick! Also of note, septic systems are fragile at the villa, so they ask you not to put toilet paper down the toilet. Overall a nice stay but with a few tweaks to the upgrading of rooms and service at the pool, it could be a real gem for relaxing and taking in the Sicilian countryside.

A place to relax and unwind. A beautiful property and ambience with friendly staff. Pool and grounds are perfect. A good breakfast selection and some nice options for the quieter dinners in. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC since you expect a bit better from a place like this.

The place is a paradise with a nice and clean pool, a lot of greenery and spacious rooms. All very clean. The breakfast is fabulous with a great choice of items varying from home made cakes and croissants, bread, cold cuts etc. The owner is also very present and he ensures that guests are comfortable. We also opted for dinner every night at their restaurant since it was very convenient after a day out and they provide a 3 course meal which may also be tailored to your taste. After dinner one can stay in the lounge with owner putting on a real wood fireplace thus magic atmosphere. They also have great food options for kids. Highly recommended and we will return again!!

Found in the middle of nowhere, while cycling across Sicily. Lovely hotel, feels rustic, but tasteful modernised. Great pool. Staff really looked after us, evening meal was excent. Would certainly return.
