wonderful position, close to everything but far from the noise and the smell of the street. comfortable and warm rooms and nice spa. the kindness and sweetness of the owners make everything easy and smiling. the dinner is high quality and refined.

Super friendly and great kitchen. Great area for skiing and mountain walking. Highlights are choosing your dinner at breakfast time so you can look forward to it all day. Spacious rooms, wellness and stunning views, for a very reasonable price.

The best stay we had on our European trip. Family run hotel by old family from the village. Great views from our comfortable room. Food was incredible, first class. Our server was excellent, translated the menus into English each night. Really felt part of Europe with mainly Italian guests and some German tourists. Most were day hikers. The hotel is up on a hillside above town, a country roads for a stroll. Iva Di Fassa was only 5 min away by car.

Amazing experience in a family ran hotel. The family members are very friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was fresh with fresh towels everday, I loved the wellness area and Marcello makes it more friendly. Our stay was great especially having so much caring. Thank you gran mugon team, we will be back

È la seconda volta che veniamo, è sempre impeccabile, accogliente e cibo ottimo. Le camere sempre pulitissime, la Spa molto ben attrezzata e loro sono cordiali, disponibili e simpatici. È sempre un gran piacere venire Spero di tornare anche il prossimo anno!

Lascio lo stesso una recensione perché anche se non abbiamo usufruito della struttura alberghiera ci siamo fermati dopo una lunga camminata e ci hanno fatto accomodare nella sala bar: non ricordavo il tempo di mangiare panini così imbottiti con un ottimo speck e formaggio, talmente buoni che abbiamo fatto il bis! Un servizio cordiale con piacevole sosta.

Tutto veramente impeccabile, dalle stanze spaziose e pulite con terrazzo e vista mozzafiato, alla SPA, al personale gentile e mai invadente, al ristorante con cucina a vista e ottimi piatti tutti i giorni ed una sala veramente accogliente....non vedo l'ora di tornarci

Per la nostra prima volta nelle Dolomiti abbiamo soggiornato al Gran Mugon grazie ai nostri amici che già lo frequentano per le loro vacanze sugli sci. Per noi è stata una gran bella scoperta come tutta la vacanza. L'hotel è pulito, confortevole, in ambiente tranquillo e familiare. Il servizio eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti, la colazione ottima e di qualità. Ma la vera chicca è il ristorante con un magnifico buffet, piatti straordinari e dolci che viziano il cliente. Come si fa a non ritornarci?

Bellissima esperienza. Il personale è molto attento e disponibile. La camera era semplice, ma spaziosa, molto pulita e ordinata. Spa rilassante con idromassaggio vista montagne. La cena e la colazione poi, sono strepitose! Si sente l’influenza dello chef Stefano Ghetta. Se avremo la possibilità torneremo sicuramente, peccato non essere potuti rimanere per più giorni
