There was no service at the front desk except for the black guy. When I checked in, I told them that I wanted to have the room cleaned at 3pm, but they knocked on my door twice the next day and didn't clean the room once in three days. I asked the front desk for drinking water but they told me to buy it at the lounge bar (the black guy on night duty gave it to me twice for free). The wardrobe in the room was broken, and the lights in both elevators would suddenly go out when the elevators were in a state of panic. When I first checked in, I made a mistake with the room card, which almost caused me to double check in in the middle of the night.

The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is good. The environment is quiet and there is a golf course next to it. There is a large supermarket opposite the hotel, so you can go shopping when you arrive or depart. It will be more convenient if you drive yourself, not far from the highway intersection, and it takes about 45 minutes to drive to Lugano in Switzerland.
