Very good hotel, 5 minutes walk from the ancient city, the location is very good. The hotel reception is not 24 hours, so if you arrive late, you need to communicate in advance to enter the hotel and guest room through the password. Generally, hotels are better off emailing in advance. In short, it is not a luxury hotel, but if you are traveling to Tropea, the hotel is worth living, convenient and cost-effective.

The hotel is located in a very nice location. The town is easily walkable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They also have a rooftop seating area that was great to see the sunset and have some wine. Parking is available on site. The bedding is very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Solmaris was great. The location was excellent, the staff very attentive, the bed very comfy. The room was big and we were comfortable. This was not a regular hotel - it was something between a hotel and a b&b but it was new, clean and modern so this did not bother us. The TV though was quite small and hard to see. That was annoying. And the parking was challenging for a large car

This is a comfortable , clean, and well maintained hotel. We appreciated the central location and the walkable areas near the hotel. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee bars to choose from. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Very good, modern hotel. Garage( quite unusual in Tropea), fully automated( and-it works!). Easy to reach and conveniently located. Staff were very friendly. Sparkling clean everything. Everything worked and very reasonably priced.

I was so pleasantly surprised with this hotel in Tropea Beach. Sparkling new, clean and modern. Every detail is looked after. The rooms are large and so are the bathrooms by even American standards. The staff is friendly. Especially Meema. I am definitely staying here again.

Our recent stay at the Solmaris Tropea exceeded our expectations. The Solmaris is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It is newly constructed. Our room was refreshingly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They offer an excellent breakfast assortment. The location is perfect—about a seven-minute walk to the village, with many restaurants and activities. The staff went above and beyond to answer every question even before we arrived. We want to thank Maria and Chiara for always going the extra mile to make our stay at the Solmaris a most memorable experience. We highly recommend the Solmaris Tropea and look forward to returning someday.

My stay was for 14 days which is particularly long and enjoyed every minute! I did have the junior suite, so ample room. It was clean and tidy, housekeeping staff were amazing. Maria and Francesco on the front desk always so accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic and I'm really fussy (unfortunately I didn't get the lady name but she was just so lovely) I never write reviews however I feel this place is worth taking the time to do so. They made my stay very special. Grazie mille and look forward to seeing you all again xx
