We had a great time staying at Marfisa. Rooms had a nice and modern setup. Pool access was fantastic and dining option was good to have. They welcome guests with the bottle of wine from their own winery- which was a nice gesture. Spa experience was also nice and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place. We stayed 3 nights with half board in one of the lovely 2 room suites. The meals were fabulous and the chef was very accommodating of my need to avoid dairy. We did not make use of the spa, but each day we walked through the vineyards & olive groves on the trails they have set out, which is a very nice touch. It is beautiful to watch the sunset across the vineyards! There are 2 little towns nearby which are worth a visit, as well as the towns along the shore of Lake Bolsena (great for a fish lunch or dinner out). We enjoyed easy daytrips to the tufa towns (Pitigliano, Sovava, Sorano) and nearby Etruscan sites which we highly recommend. The Marfisa wines are very good - they graciously gave us a bottle upon check-in too. Lastly, there is very beautiful art in the common areas both inside and outside at the resort, done by a local artist. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

This hotel is a beautiful and tranquil oasis set between a vineyard and olive groves. The property and rooms are immaculate. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. We loved the on-site restaurant as well, called Osteria Unicorno, their meals are prepared with their own olive oil, vegetables and herbs and were all superb... Will definitely be back!

This small hotel in the middle of the countryside deserves our compliments. Room, pool area and restaurant were all better than expected. Staff are 11 out of 10 and made our 8 nights unforgettable. We are definitely coming back in the near future… we will probably combine with a few days in Rome first

The property was wonderful, so clean and well kept, it was a tranquil oasis nestled between olive groves and vineyards. The pool was wonderful and the water quality was excellent. All the staff were super helpful and friendly and always with a smile. The restaurant on site was outstanding. We had 4 dinners there, it is very convenient and the meals were excellent, all very fresh and prepared with their own olive oil.
