Our stay at this hotel, unfortunately, was not what we expected based on the photos we had seen on various sites but also on their official website. There is no rudimentary organization, in general, in the spaces. I note, not even a lifeguard... Beaches/Pool... The beach that is right in front of the hotel has sea urchins and big stones. It is not recommended for the elderly or families with small children... There is a wooden "jetty" apparently so that the bathers can go deeper to avoid the sea urchins... We didn't dare to swim because we didn't know the depth of the sea at all... it seemed that it was getting deeper abruptly.. We were informed about the sea urchins by other visitors. Pool/Bar There should be care for the existing customers of the hotel regarding sunbeds and umbrellas... We were forced to clean the garbage on the plastic pool table, of the previous ones, because as the gentleman at the bar said to my son, when we addressed for a person to come..."you clean it"... *we cleaned it, since we waited for a long time for a place next to the pool, several meters further on the lawn that is around...so as not to touch a pin from the outside guests .. We used the swimming pool once and only once.. (my two children dld... I didn't even think to enter with so many - too many - people...) Parking... The parking which became an Olympic sport, who will even get a spot.. I should note that in the 3 days we stayed, I had to park twice near the exit (in front of the hotel bins, inside the area) not in an official parking spot.. Elevator.. Our room, it was on the third floor. There was an elevator that you had to enter with a gas mask. Except for the times we carried our bags, all other times we used the stairs. Even after eating or taking a bath and with enough fatigue.. I told the receptionist, giving them a solution, to keep the elevator open during the hours when it is not being used by customers and of course to spray disinfectants, because the space it really was a hotbed of germs with such a smell. I should emphasize that in all areas there is a permanent carpet which looked quite worn and old. Every day we went to another private recreation area to bathe and enjoy the days ahead. Everyone's mood was already ruined and it wasn't my children's fault that I had to trouble them with over 200km of travel.. That was the reason I sat for these 3 unfortunate days. Day one.. On the first day entering our room (3 bed) after a struggle, I can tell, as the door entrance was at an acute angle to the toilet door.. also I am attaching a photo.. To enter the room you go into the toilet a little bit...in our case the suitcases went into the toilet first and then we went in too...of course the entrance door opens as someone can see below in the photo...but again with me
