В целом понравилось, по порядку: Из плюсов: территориальное расположение-удобное, рядом красота, внутри всё новое-чистое, сантехника вся рабочая-это приятно, завтраки хорошие, ресепшн-приятные. Из минусов: звукоизоляция номеров плохая, если буду громкие соседи-караул, не хватило розеток рядом с кроватью, очень поздно был слышен колокольный звон, комары при проветривании.

В гостинице тепло, уютно, большие номера, удобные кровати, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, а также чай в течение дня. Расположена она недалеко от центра. Но больше всего понравились панорамные с видом на Кром в столовой. В общем, рекомендую.

Отель с явно завышенным рейтингом, впечатляет вид на Кремль, неплохие завтраки, на этом положительные критерии оценки заканчиваются. В номере паутина на стенах, магнитный замок не работает, кулеры на работают. Управляющая Никифорова Ольга неадекватная хамка с завышенной самооценкой , видимо персонал берет с неё пример, поэтому клиентоориентированность у персонала отсутствует.

Из плюсов хотела бы отметить удачное расположение отеля- в пешей доступности Кремль( мы добирались минут за 15). Рядом магазин "Пятерочка". Красивый фасад и холл. Чисто. Из минусов- несоответствие цена- качество. Номера ничем неприметны, завтрак хоть и неплох, но мы были в поездке еще в 2 отелях, и там нам завтрак понравился больше. Вроде бы, и ничего плохого, но цена 14000 за 2 ночи не соответствует ожиданиям.
