Great quiet location set next to a lake with a wooden walkway along its shore which allowed for long walks along the water. Easy access to the city. Extensive breakfast and other amenities (shuttle, free snacks and drinks in the room, bottles of water), and very attentive staff.

It’s a wonderful place to stay. Placed in a wonderful environment Lakeside, well maintained. Rich breakfast buffet , good food and great service. Receptionists are extremely kind and helpful, bery attentive and problem solving. I strongly recommend this hotel

Great hotel! The staff is very friendly and helped us out a lot throughout our stay. The walk around the lake was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very clean and the pool was fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay and found the staff professional and friendly. The lake is beautiful and although the location is a bit out of the main city there is a nice and relaxed suburb/village near by that is actually prettier and more nicer than the centre. About a 5 minutes walk from the resort you will find shops, restaurants etc. However, we were disappointed that the spa which was sign posted, as well as two restaurants within the resort don’t actually exist.
We would still recommend the resort in any case and we able to use elema and call didis easily.

The service staff was super nice, as the child was sick. Disturbed the service staff many times at night. Every time I do it with a very serious and responsible attitude. There was not a single time when I was in a bad mood. The environment is very beautiful. The room we stayed in had a huge terrace. The kid was sick so I didn't get to enjoy it much. But thank you very much. Gave us such a nice big terrace. The breakfast was also very good. The food is very good and the breakfast room is very nice. . The fruit is very fresh. You can tell at first glance that he is making breakfast very seriously. There is a lake at the door with very beautiful water. In the future, there will be a Panda Hotel. This is your home. The price/performance ratio is super high.
