We checked in at 8pm. Thank you very much to the front desk lady for her warm reception and quick check-in for us. The hotel's outdoor hot spring children's playground gave the children a great time. I really regret not checking in earlier! Adults can also enjoy different outdoor hot spring pools to relieve the fatigue of the journey!
After a night's rest, it was very quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was very rich and most importantly, very exquisite! The restaurant service is very considerate and thoughtful!
The hotel's surroundings are very good, parking is convenient, it's very close to the city, and the terrain is flat, making it very suitable for staying with the elderly!
Thanks again to all the hotel staff for their warm and thoughtful service. We will stay here again for a few more days and recommend our friends to come and experience it!

The hotel is a little far from the city so it is a little quiet and suitable for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are polite. The whole garden is beautiful and clean. It's nice to take a walk. The swimming pool is clean and clear. The experience is great. We all went to the hot springs. We were very satisfied with the hot spring pool and the children's playground. There are many choices. Although it was Chinese New Year period, there were not many people there. Except for a bunch of naughty kids who came to the hotel and were very noisy, everything else was pretty good.
The room was also very clean and had heated clothes drying rack which was a nice touch. This is a very good experience in the hot spring resort I have stayed in. It is worth recommending.

第二次入住酒店！環境不錯，早餐也很豐富，最值得點讚的是服務，第一次入住時候帶着家人出行，前台小姐姐楊正萍服務很熱情小朋友比較調皮小姐姐也很耐心有愛不厭其煩的跟小朋友互動，小朋友也特別喜歡她！當時帶了年邁的長者她還特別的温馨提示洗漱時注意防滑，提示我們浴室有防滑墊，這一點特別暖心。看到我們拖家帶口還主動幫我們把行李送到房間，還特別細心的問需不需要把空調給我們打開，還提醒我們陽台紗窗出門時要帶上防蚊蟲，住過很多酒店從來沒有遇到這麼用心的服務員！這個酒店價格在周邊算便高的，在這麼多酒店中而且價格稍貴一點，讓我選擇這個酒店的理由就是服務説服了我。但是這次入住有一點失望辦入住時候服務員換了沒遇到前面的小姐姐，服務説實話真的沒她用心，退房時候遇到在前台看到了她，我們在等車的時候在前台稍坐了一下，看到她工作服務客人真的很用心臉上都是充滿了微笑，這5分給楊正萍小姐姐

入住體驗感特別好，房間安靜整潔。早餐的石斛花雞湯，真的是太好喝了，喝了4碗。泳池水温適宜乾淨。温泉也是，風景好。最主要就是服務態度。泡温泉孩子3點多餓了，我們到3樓點餐。其實這個時間都不是飯點，硬是特意來了位短髮大姐，給做的米線和麪條，炸的爆漿豆腐。其實完全可以拒絕我們，説沒到飯點餐廳不開。這種服務態度，值得絕大多數服務行業學習了。總的來説吧，普洱和園為這座城市加分了。
