Beautiful rooms with amazing showers and decent breakfast. Amazing tea show and tea ceremony included for free which made a memorable stay. Washing machine service for free is a great add on!

Great hotel, very clean and generous. The hotel provided common laundry place with complimentary detergents. Free poridge is provided at night too

連續住了6天～地理位置很好，交通去哪裡都很方便，周圍日常所需也方便，去茶馬古城也很靠近，去高鐵站也就10多分鐘～酒店內設施完善，前台櫃枱人員服務跟態度都很棒！改天回來還是會想要住這裏

這是一個非常不錯的酒店，房間很大，設施齊全，在古鎮小區裏，特別安靜，酒店有自己的停車位，周邊吃的東西很多，特別是酒店的早餐很豐富，選擇的品種很多，是自駕遊的首選，值得推薦給大家，給一個大大的贊。

住過這麼多酒店，這家的服務真的讓我印象深刻！入住時我隨口問了句附近好玩的地方，工作人員馬上給我推薦了好幾個小眾景點，還幫忙規劃了路線。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，香薰的味道也很好聞，讓人一進去就放鬆下來。

在普洱茶馬古鎮裏，位置好找，交通也很便利。
房間性價比很高，挺大的，設施也不錯，我挺喜歡。
但是我要吐槽一下他們的服務，是真的太不及時了，非常慢。連續定了3個晚上，第一天入住的時候就説要把房卡直接設定為3天的，結果第二天刷不開，又跑下樓來辦。房間裏的乳膠枕頭衹有一個，她説沒有了…唉，沒有你可以跟我説啊，幹嘛要我們問兩遍才反饋。開發票也是，加了微信，連續3天微信説話都不理人，後面微信上我都發火了才反應過説什麼時候把發票開過來…
服務太差，給的2🌟我都覺得多了，一碼歸一碼，如果服務再及時一點，我會力推。
