Location is very far off from town area but the hotel staff are very helpful and have all our concerns covered

We loved this hotel so much we booked an extra night, the staff helped us with moving our luggage to a new room and were kind and hospitable. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel are fantastic. The hotel is in the scenic area and the scenic area is really nice for a half day, can see many different animals. I especially want to thank Dai Canmei, she was helping us throughout our stay, she definitely made our stay memorable

Perfect two day vacation in the mountains. Special kudos to the guided night explorer trip, both fun and educational! Super cute owlet and lazy little panda

Hotel location within the National Sun River Park and it’s very peaceful. There is only one restaurant on site. The environment of the hotel is excellent. Room amenities were comprehensive but our toilet flush broke down twice.

We had a wonderful three night stay here. Breakfast and dinners are buffet and yummy. For non-speaking Chinese people, it was difficult to work out how to get buses around the park etc. However, previously reviews that I read were positive about this. The woman at the reception desk who gave us her WeChat wasn’t supportive at all, but we figured it out. The tour around the park is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. A bit sad to see that animals were being handled or hand fed if you pay. However, overall, it was a lovely few days.

Very nice Hot Spring Hotel in very quiet location in the hills, slightly outside of Yuxi.
Super helpful and friendly staff (also to us foreigners).
Rooms are very modern, clean and well maintained. Buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is Chinese but was quite taisty.
The hot spring is huge and very nice located directly in the hotel down the hill with a beautiful view to flower fields.
