Best Hotels in Puchong, Malaysia

I arrived around 9pm at the hotel, check in process was really fast. They only need your IC then you are good to go. Location was great, you will need to walk like 300metres from the hotel to the mrt station. (You can see from my picture the mrt station) Parking: A lot of parking was there, no worries with parking issues. Cleanliness: 10/10. Everything very clean, they scrub the toilet well. No stain found on the bedsheet. I like the soap very well! Great stay and good experience!

Additionally, the front desk reception seemed understaffed, resulting in a slow check-in and check-out process, especially when there are many people.”

Check in around 12am after watching concert at Axiata Arena, very fast check in process, just pay RM 50 deposit and get the key, hot shower, good mattress and pillow, very cold air-con, definitely will come again.

The room is nice and warm. The kids enjoy the facilities, the swimming pool and the gym room too. During our swim, the swimming pool is not occupy, clean and kid enjoy very much. The gym room also well maintain too. The breakfast serving is varieties, the staff is also welcoming. We will sure come back for the breakaway.

Kinda surprise seeing a Signature property in Puchong. I can say overall experience is fantastic. I am very particular on certain aspects and they nail it. I was greeted by Aina at about 3pm with my room key all ready (yes, a key but not a big deal). Standard Studio room on level 7 is as described and pictured. Huge, spacious, tidy, clean and everything is new. There is even a personalized welcome note with 2 candies. What a brilliant way of welcoming! Face, hand and bath towels ready with the normal complete amenities (toothbrush & paste is included). 2 air-conds, one in living and bed area. In house Astro tv. Car park is complimentary limited to only 1 vehicle to a room. Tap in with TnG card, debit or credit card (minimum amount is necessary for successful entry as RM3 will be pre-auth), validate prior exiting. There is a gym on level 8 but no pool. Hotel restaurant is just across the street serving all day menu. Many choices of eatieries within driving distance.

Last minute booking and my 1st time staying in this hotel in Puchong area. Check-in around 9pm and the check in was smooth, fast and hassle free. The security guard and staff were friendly. Ample free parking lot. The location is good. Walking distance to many eateries and Lotus supermarket. The breakfast buffet is just okay(6/10). As for the room, it’s ok. I got a room facing the highway. The sound insulation is poor. Can hear traffic noise constantly. Not too sure whether will pick this hotel again. In any case, the price is reasonable.

Room is big and spacious. Clean. But didnt have carpet. Pool is main attractive for this hotel especially for children. Breakfast is good but not so many variety. Check in and check out very fast.

I use to stay in this hotel whenever I come business trip. The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room very comfortable, the bed is comfortable for stay. The facilities is fine and acceptable . Most important is my stay is comfortable and I kind a familiar with surrounding, the food nearby and also convenient store available. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming too.

We as a family stayed here end of Feb. It is a 2 star hotel with no breakfast. The room was not so big for a family room. There were towels, shampoo and soap provided. Cleanliness was ok. Bottled water was provided on the first day only. There was kettle provided for making hot drinks but no teabags or coffee bags given. TV program was limited without any national channel. There were few eateries around. Parking space was no problem as there were many in front of the hotel but you have to pay for it. The hotel has only 2 parking lots for their guests.

The room was good for the price. The room size is adequate for the 2 of us. The front desk staffs was friendly and helpful. The bedsheet can be improved. When we checked in, the bedsheet have a few holes on it. They offered to replace but we declined. There's no food serve at the hotel. There's a mamak restaurant next door with a good roti canai
