"It fell far short of the expectations shown on the "Nós do Chile" program. The lodge is nice, in a privileged location, but it urgently needs a professional manager; the staff were completely unprepared for the job. They didn't know what a "rack" for luggage was, and they didn't have one; they gave me a small coffee table instead. The breakfast had very little (almost no) variety, and they brought only a few things to the table; you couldn't choose anything. There was no one at reception or nearby when you needed to order something. They said the place has a restaurant with a "chef," but it must be a "ghost chef," as there was absolutely no one in the restaurant. Furthermore, it's quite far from the center of Pucon; in heavy traffic, it can take up to half an hour to get there. In short, I'm sure there are better options in Pucon. I do not recommend staying at this place, as my experience was very disappointing!!!"

"I stayed at Hotel Newen for 5 nights. My room, on the third floor, which had a spectacular view of the Villarica volcano was very comfortable with attached bathroom and toilet. The breakfast was superb - home made bread, jam, fruit, scrambled eggs and coffee. A great start to busy days. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Thank you, Coni, for the advise about visiting the hot springs Botanico and help booking a half day there. Pucon is a great place to visit - the lake, views of the volcano, excellent places to eat and shop. Hotel Newen is the ideal base to experience Pucon and surrounds."

"I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. The cabins were not only comfortable but also spacious, equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loved the outdoor spaces, especially the tree house, the pool, and playing with the sheep. She also had a fantastic time at the playground and with Waffles, the property cat, which made her stay even more special. Cristian, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit. I can confidently say that this will be my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Pucon. Highly recommended!"
