The first night’s stay was not good and the hotel put us in a small noisy room next to the stairs and elevator. Some staff members have limited English speaking skills so misunderstandings did happen. Breakfast is not included with stay and the price is expensive to add breakfast. Housekeeping forgot to give us coffee, tea, and hair nets few times. Staffs are friendly and nice even though we had some issues.

This was our last stay here and I must say that I am outraged by the service received. The manager Irma Diaz and Daniel Trujillo completely lied to us during our stay and made excuses the entire time we stayed at the hotel. The biggest issue we had was that housekeeping stole our personal belongings from our room 818. When I reclaimed it back after inquiring it at the front desk, there was no apology or anything that was done. Instead, Irma Diaz made an excuse for her staff saying it was in lost and found from housekeeping. But the front desk staff member named Lewis had no knowledge of our personal belonging being missing. Housekeeping had kept it but returned it after I demanded it back. I made a complaint to Marriott Bonvoy, Trip.com, and the Better Business Bureau. And after we made the complaint then staff mistreated us from the valet staff to kitchen personnel. If I could give this hotel a zero star then I would.

there is a trance club nearby, you can hear music from there on Friday and Saturday until 5 am. there are a lot of dogs, they bark constantly because their owners leave them alone

The hotel is very good. I have been to three cities and this is the best. The service is very good. They even rolled up my charging cable, arranged my face towels, and hung my clothes. If you want to use a computer, you can also use the hotel's Apple all-in-one computer. There are special rooms with computers and copying services.
