這個叫卡門的高級房比主人房位置差一點，也有一個小陽台。缺點是衞浴的下水會反味道上來，老房子的下水管道處理不好。

The shower had a weird tilting and the water not only pooled but it was also overflowing if continuous for a couple minutes. Showers felt really difficult. The ceiling plaster was falling off and we even had bits randomly fall throughout our stay. There was no soap when we checked in. Staff was very accommodating and nice and the rooms were massive.

Really not clean. Only one towel for two people. Towels and bedding are i think even hardly washed. Smelly bathroom. I asked for a tissue and they said go buy from pharmacy. The staff was nice, it wasn’t her fault obviously.

I liked the proximity to the zócalo. Everything was within walking distance. The room that I stayed in was kinda strange and unwelcoming. The cleaning staff was terrific! So was the wait staff at the cafe.

Everything was great and very clean with excellent customer service. There were a few minor issues with the room such as poor air conditioning and some toilet problems, but overall the service and treatment were outstanding.

A pleasant stay in a central location. My room was spacious. Although it was street facing the traffic noise stopped in the evening. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

Excellent location! Ten minutes to the beautiful Cathedral which is a must see! Also ten minutes to the central park, restaurants and shopping areas. Location is safe, hotel is also safe. All staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant within the hotel is open for breakfast and the food is incredible. My room had a balcony which was fabulous to sit outside at night and watch the world go by. Will stay again and recommend it to friends.
