The room was rather old, but what was most unbearable was the hotel's service. I asked the front desk where I could get a cup of hot water, and he dismissively told me to go back to my room and call room service. I met a cleaning staff member at my room door, and I told him I needed two bottles of water. He told me to wait for him, but no one brought me any water all night.
