Superb! Would not stay anywhere else in Puebla. Safe and central to everything. Excellent customer service. Vanessa was professional and super helpful. My only regret is not having a slightly bigger room with a mini fridge.

Did not care to work in remodeling even at late night. Could not sleep and had to leave property. Staff did not care and ******* shall take care of the problem. Horrible experience!

Awful hotel, old, poorly maintained 2 star max !
Awful hotel ! The property, while I understand is in a colonial building, has very poor maintainace.
Paint, doors, ceilings, lamps, windows aren’t properly maintained.
The room is old, and very basic.
I’ve stayed at 3 other Quinta Real properties, and this is a 2 star hotel

Best place in Puebla
Second time staying here and will definitely stay again when return to Puebla. Service is great and location is perfect.
