"It has been a super disappointing experience, from the welcome note at the hotel “Dear customer, If you want to purchase a bottle of cream or a bottle of soap, they are available at reception. Please do not take the one from the room. Thank you “Due to the late breakfast and dinner, the garden chairs were covered with a tarp all day (it didn't rain all day). We were in the Condes de las Torres room, with a step between the living room and the bedroom, with little natural light, flying toilet paper. No welcome details other than the soap note. Super friendly but very scarce staff, only one person for breakfast and dinner, breakfast took more than 3 quarters of an hour and dinner lasted more than 2 hours without dessert. The environment is beautiful but I do not recommend it."
