Our stay at Natura Gardens was excellent. The establishment is gorgeous with structures and furniture over 100 years old. The rooms were clean and very comfortable with air-conditioning. Jacqueline and Johnny, who run this establishment, really made us feel at home. When family members became ill, as will happen on a tropical trip, they adjusted our meals, made us chicken noodle soup and helped us rest and recover. Their kindness and care added to an incredible adventure in the Galapagos.

Loved this hotel.Family run business Located in a lush green banana grove Close to town [10 mins by bus ) but enough distance to enjoy the lush vegetation and peaceful location . Owners were welcoming and attentive. Rooms were simple Clean and air conditioned ( didn't use much as the frequent short rainfalls cool everything down) Lovely pool and bar area and open sitting area Food and alcohol service is dependent on capacity but we were a large group and they were helpful Breakfast and dinner was included. Meals were simple but tasty local fruits in the morning and fresh coffee This is a boutique style hotel and and I would definitely return ! Bonus ...Resident tortoise seen in a field beside the hotel

The best food I’ve had here so far in Ecuador— Anita is the best cook ever. Came here with 12 friends and the family who owns this hotel is so sweet and considerate. Clean spaces, pool, LOVLEY decor, close to town… 10/10 RECOMMENDED

Der Besitzer ist erstmal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit vorab. Die hohe Bewertung bei Booking ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Es sieht alles nicht sehr sauber aus. Nach Rueckfrage haben wir erstmal 2 zerfranste Handtücher bekommen, die nicht unbedingt sauber aussahen. Bett und Klima waren ok. Fruehstueck sehr spartanisch und lieblos zubereitet. Pool, kleiner wie auf Bildern, da war das Wasser nicht unbedingt sauber. Ein lieber Hund stoere durch sein nächtliches Bellen die Bettruhe. Lage war sehr abseits und man benötigt ein Taxi um nach Puerto Ayora zu kommen ( 5 USD). Aktuell wuerden wir die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Me encanta la naturaleza, la señora Jacqueline muy amable siempre presta en ayudarnos , el hotel muy bonito Se encuentra a 10 minutos del centro de puerto ayora, la comida muy buena y saludable Anita nos preparo de todo . Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y lo más importante que hay internet . Lo recomiendo 100%

Excelente para disfrutar en familia, en ambiente con la naturaleza, con buen servicio básicos y buen Internet Sterling, muy recomendado. El personal amigable, atención personalizada, lo mejor q me gusto las tortugas gigantes y la piscina siempre limpia.
