FATAL. Una experiencia nefasta. Vinimos a Tenerife un grupo de amigas y cogimos dos apartamentos. Los dos tenían un olor horrible, en el cuarto de baño no se podía parar y, en uno de los apartamentos el sofá cama estaba roto. Lo comunicamos y nos dijeron que no nos podían dar solución en ese momento. Tuvimos que esperar un día entero, durmiendo una noche en el suelo. Un despropósito.
