The staff here, from managers to cleaners, are friendly and helpful. The location is close to the old area of town and a good beach. I wouldn’t care to stay again though as the fabric of the hotel is so worn out and shabby. We like self catering for the freedom it gives us but the kitchenette was so tiny and impractical as to be useless.

Firstly I want to say i have spent around fifty years taking holidays abroad and have stayed everywhere from self catering apartments to five star all inclusive resorts so I know what i'm talking about. The Noelia is a three star hotel and is very good value for money. The staff from reception right through to the cleaners are friendly and efficient, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean,(not one single bug) the lifts are excellent, the pool area on the roof with excellent views is really lovely, sunbeds are comfortable, pool is 1.28 metres deep which is just right for a 5 foot 2 non swimmer !!Lifeguard on duty all the time. It lacks a pool bar but there is a vending machine for soft drinks, chocolate etc and you can always get your drink at the lobby bar and take it up.Pool towels rather thin. I can't comment on lunch or dinner because we were B&B but breakfast was very good, all the continental, rolls, pastries ,yoghurt, pancakes, cereals, fresh fruit as well as all the ingredients for a full English if that's your taste.I have read complaints about vegetables on the breakfast buffet, duh !!! International clientele, because you don't want it doesn't mean others won't and there was nothing lacking to make way for them. Bedrooms slightly old fashioned but beds very comfortable, rooms at the back can hear sports going on at the local gymnasium but it's a convenient city centre location so it's a trade off, wardrobe a bit small . Bathroom has bath and shower with a safety mat provided. Least said about the "entertainment' the better but I have found this to be the norm in most hotels, but there is a games room with pool tables etc. As I said good value in beautiful Puerto de la Cruz

A little dated but comfortable. I went self catering as I don’t have a big appetite. Read a review that said they didn’t cook because of bugs in the kitchen area. Gotta say that I was a bit apprehensive but I needn’t have been. Yes there were ants but I told the chambermaid and she sprayed the area with some stuff and hey presto! No more ants. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I have limited mobility and they helped me with my case on checking in and out. The location was pretty good. Only a 10 minute stroll into the town centre and 5 minutes to the nearest promenade. Right next to the bus station, which was handy for going further afield. Don’t know what the restaurant facilities were like though I’m afraid. Nice, quiet sunbed area and no problem getting one. Stayed a month alone and throughly enjoyed it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Our 2nd visit and had a wonderful stay. The food is pretty much what you’d expect for a 3 star and we had no complaints, always found something and thought it had improved since last year. Staff and service were excellent, special shout out to Anabel on reception, Eugenia on maid service and all of the bar and dining room staff. All being well, we’ll be returning for our 3rd visit next year and already looking forward to it!

Arrived at the hotel where they had left food in the fridge for me just a shame was in a fridge with no power but nice of them. Room outdated and worn plug you could move around and not on the wall properly. Bathroom door not well positioned as well you open it you need to be slim as it opens on the toilet. Food not great but will be ok if you like chicken, pork or fish as this is all they seen to cook and it is the same meat for lunch and dinner. Pool on the roof which is nice but if you want a drink need to go all the way down to reception as that is where the bar is don’t understand it. Entertainment is someone singing not really entertainment as people want to see a variety of things. All in all the hotel is nice and clean and Staff are very friendly and willing to help you if you need it especially the member of staff in the shop will give you hints and tips if you want to go out. I was all inclusive and there was snacks throughout the day just a pity could never see them.

Just back from an amazing week here. Hotel was lovely, staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was plentiful with a good variety. My husband and I really enjoyed the evening entertainment, different music acts each night. We arrived very late 3.30 am on our first night and the hotel had left food and water in our fridge for us. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Pool on the roof was a great experience, beautiful views ! Thank you so much Hotel Noelia.

Well I do not know where to start went there in Nov 2023 for my 65th birthday. We went all inclusive and we spent all our money eating out because the food I can only describe as slips. The breakfast consisted of sprouts green beans broccoli there was bacon which was not edible the food was Luke warm my meal one day was 3 slices of Tomato and cucumber there were families there whose children were having fried egg for lunch. The pool is on roof if that's what u could call it which was not a problem but there is no pool bar u have to come down to ground floor for drinks and the lifts were broken a lot of the time so getting up and down was a problem. The rooms are really dated varnish missing off doors out room like a lot of other rooms right next to sports hall that went on all day so u didn't get any peace. The Jet2 rep was not helpful at all she said did I want her to talk to chef what was point was he going to put an a la carte menu on for us I doubt it.The only thing decent was the reception area and the staff. There were other people there too who were not happy. On complaining to Jet2 they did not want to know we have 3/4 holidays a year with them and have never had anything like this,I explained this Hotel is not geared up for English guests in any shape or form steer clear of this Hotel it is disgusting and a waste of money I would not recommend to my worst enemy and cannot see how Jet2 have it on there books no way is it a 3 starr more a one star and that's pushing it not happy at all and would hate any one else to deal with what we dealt with hence my birthday was ruined 👿👿👿

This is a no-frills, basic hotel which was adequate for my needs. I would say it is more like a 2-star. The location was the best thing about it - turn left and a gentle stroll downhill you will reach the STUNNING Playa Jardin beach. Turn right and you have a large supermarket, and in around 5-10mins you reach the bustling town cente. As a single female traveller, I felt safe walking around. Hotel positives: - Rooftop pool area - comfortable sunbeds. Great place to relax and sunbathe. - My room had a balcony. - Plenty of hot water. - Maid cleaned room every day with fresh towels. - Breakfast was ok with fresh fruit, eggs and rolls. Good coffee from the machine and a selection of teas e.g. Mint. Negatives: - Staff in general all seemed grumpy and quite unhappy. - While my room was cleaned daily, there were ants in the bathroom and kitchenette - Quite noisy at night, so take earplugs - Pool is freezing cold - not heated. - No fresh juices at breakfast, only 'synthetic' orange juice.
