Be Smart Florida Plaza

My stay at Apartamentos Be Smart Florida Plaza was very pleasant. The location is excellent, very close to the city center and with easy access to restaurants, shops, and tourist areas. I especially appreciated the friendliness of the staff, who were always attentive and willing to help. Furthermore, I found the value for money to be very good. The pool area and the facilities in general were well-maintained and created a peaceful atmosphere. Without a doubt, it's a highly recommended option for those seeking comfort and a good location in Puerto de la Cruz. I would definitely stay here again.

Neither the room nor the hotel had air conditioning; it was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep, despite having a fan. I was surprised that, in the summer with temperatures reaching 30 degrees Celsius, the pool was closed at 6 pm. At 7:30 am, the cleaning staff were making noise in the upstairs rooms, moving beds, and it was impossible to sleep. The location is fantastic, but the rest is very old and under construction. The receptionists were pleasant.

The facilities are noisy, especially when the toilets are flushed. Maintenance is practically nonexistent; the equipment and buildings are very old, and the curtains are outdated. The staff at reception and room service were very attentive, but not in the dining room. The person in charge there had poor manners and didn't treat guests well.

I couldn't go, my Ryanair flight was canceled, I had serious problems at the airport and couldn't get to my destination! I asked the hotel for a cancellation and a refund, they refused! The hotel treated me extremely rudely! But TRIP was kind and said they would refund me, but the hotel provided terrible service.

Okay, a bit old and neglected but very well located, good price and pool

The first apartment I stayed in Tenerife, the location is very good, very close to the beach, very convenient to Loro Zoo, and many restaurants and bars around

Good price and very central location

I would like Trip.com to contact me, because I had a terrible experience with the room I booked...
