A great place to stay rooms done to a high standard the food was good with a great variety on a daily basis. Bar area was nicely laid out and ALL the staff were fantastic. If I had one gripe that would be that in room 3010 a Standard Suite there was NO view floor 3 is at the bottom and from there all you could see was a wall and some plants.

Rooms are big, fresh and modern, hotel clean, all inclusive food was excellent quality. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. I was personally taken down to the (closed) restaurant to get some food as I arrived much later than planned due to a flight delay. Nothing was too much, staff in the main bar fantastic!

The rooms are really spacious and modern. The breakfast is nice. Overall the hotel is very clean and staff are really helpful. Also the view from reception and the pool is beautiful. A nag for me was the lack of Wifi (the only place I could get Wifi was at reception). We also ate at the hotel restaurant and it wasn't nice (although I can't base my entire review based on that!) Also people should be aware that this hotel is on a steep hill.

Beautiful modern hotel , the room was lovely and big and clean . The views from the pool area over the sea are beautiful . Staff are lovely , especially Anna the entertainment lady . Walk to beach very steep , and food was ok ish but all in all I really recommend this hotel

The hotel and staff where amazing from the minute we arrived until our late check out. We were blown away by how friendly and helpful all the staff where. We upgraded to My Favourite club and that was a good move. We had reserved loungers with towels beside the pool everyday and a reserved table in the restaurant. There was also a separate MFC lounge with a Nespresso coffee machine sandwiches and fresh cakes everyday, it also had 3 fully stocked fridges with bottles of beer juice and water. Our room also had a separate lounge are with 2 bathrooms and a massive bed with a balcony and a lovely sea view. The restaurant menu was varied and delicious, there was plenty of choice every day . I also used the gym everyday which was great and the staff where very friendly. On my last day the gym had new equipment delivered and was getting a refit. The pool area and bar where great with a brilliant selection of drinks and snacks as part of the all inclusive package including cocktails. Barmen Rembrandt and David where brilliant. We also had a beautiful meal in the al a carte restaurant and brunch on our last day which was exceptional. Our waiters Miguel and David were brilliant All in all it was an amazing hotel with amazing staff who couldn't do enough. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, so it has a very beautiful view of the ocean and the city center on one side and the Teide volcano on the other. Lots of greenery around the hotel and little traffic, i.e. quiet. The rooms were very large and had everything you needed. The breakfast selection is large enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is only for adults, the hotel is quiet. There are enough sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool.

The room was very well appointed, but there was no colour. Everything was white, no pictures or artworks in the hotel. It could have been anywhere in the world. It was a shame that there was no hint that you were in Tenerife.

Just spent five delightful nights of rest and relaxation at this hotel. All inclusive deal in club suite 8012. Great (cava) welcome at reception on arrival with the “my favourite club” package. Perfect room location and sea view was great. If you do your homework beforehand you’ll know the hotel is on a hill and a walk back up from the beach and town would be a big issue for some, but a courtesy bus is available, but not directly to the beach areas. Food is Spanish based, lots of tasty salads, desserts and hot dishes; soups, paella, pasta, fish and desserts, along with themed Chinese and tex-mex nights. Hot and continental breakfast; not all British products so don’t expect a true bang on British fry up. Service at the hotel was no less than excellent, very friendly staff who try really hard. Great service at the lobby bar and pool bar by all staff but noteably from Rembrandt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (and Bruno) nothing too much trouble. Stand out staff member was animations lead Anita, she works so hard to get people involved and never tires in her efforts⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ only thing needed is a little more “lively” entertainment. Visiting shows proved lacklustre. Older adults need to let their hair down just as much as younger ones, as the DJ night proved beyond doubt. All in all, a highly recommended place for those not looking for UK in the sun.

From what I could see this hotel looked liked one of the best hotels in the area. It has clearly had a recent refurbishment and its location on the edge of town next to the banana plantations made it especially attractive. Staff were very friendly and helpful. As others have noted it is at the top of a steep hill but that was doable and kept us fit. I would agree that the food wasn’t very good. Breakfast was acceptable but the buffet dinner was awful. Best to eat out in one of the many eateries near by. Our favourites were the Petit Los Angeles and Rincon del Mar. Note that many restaurants close on Wed and Thurs.
