Ignore bad reviews! Especially the Nov ones who gave this fab wee place poor scores because they got into arguments with other guests over water fights … jeezo! I stayed in the smaller complex. 10-15 mins from airport (€18 taxi) Yeah it is dated but it was really clean and had everything you need for a self catering trip. Cleaners were round every 2nd day with fresh towels. It was a 3 minute walk to the sea front and a 6-7minute walk to Long Beach. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Handy wee supermarket across the road. The smaller complex pool was clean and sheltered from the wind. The larger pool at the bigger complex was clean too (yeah the odd leaf blows in as the moaners from other reviews stated) and it was more open and windy but a nice area to sit. The on-site restaurant staff were nice too and the food was fine considering the cheap prices. I ate there twice and enjoyed the steak, wings, baked potatoes and toasties. Not 5 star but you aren’t paying for 5 star. I would stay here again.

Room was damp window bad draft we had to ask for 2 more blankets each we arrived at apartments we where directed to a 3rd floor apt we where assured we would have ground or first floor got papers stating this as I suffer from copd there was the 2 of us lugging suitcases up 3 flights of stairs nearly wiped us out I had to take my nebuliser so glad I took it with me woke up next morning mags decided to put our towels on beds we didn't read the print about not pre booking hence to say we allowed the pool girl to give her performance she got more eye rate we held it together just long enough to apologise strangely enough we hit it off after that meanwhile mags and I decide we need to go to reception and plead for a ground floor no go so what did that mean for us well me decided I couldn't go up and down stairs it just would be unfair I feel reception where not even interested in helping me I'm home now what should have been a disaster turned out to be a very peaceful God and me time mind you can't believe I ve reached 67 and I'm still getting into trouble The maids where great especially Steffany 😀

The hotel's pool area was clean and welcoming. The cleaning in the rooms was okay and towels were changed every other day. The apartments have plenty of equipment and the beds were good to lie in. The location of the hotel was good, pulled away from the main street and there are two large Spar supermarkets nearby. Hotels in resort on Canary island generally do not have heating, and the apartments in this hotel are very cold in January. There is only one sheet to have over you in bed, so the alternative is then to use wool blankets that are in the room, and that are probably not cleaned between guests. If you are sensitive to noise from other apartments, then stay away from this hotel. It should be quiet between 10 pm and 8 am, but there is no one to report to between these times. There was a lot of noise from the apartment below us when they came home every nights about 02-03. When we remark this to the reception, We were met with a suspicion and she said no one else had complained!!! Cleaning staff knock at door before 9 am to clean the room. This hotel has a rule that only one - 1 - roll of toilet paper is delivered every other day where there are 2 people in the apartment, and we experienced having to justify why we needed another toilet roll. The lady at reception confirmed this and said it should be enough!!!! We considered whether we had to buy our own toilet rolls. The most important thing for us was that it should be quiet at night, but that is during the quiet period when there is no one to report to. We're like rules, but this hotel has so many rules that it can feel like you're being watched, except at night when there can be noise without anyone to report to.

What a fabulous find! Extremely clean. We stayed in the annex which is a couple of minutes from main complex. Pool area spotless. Sun beds cleaned when someone left. Attendant helpful moving them or opening umbrellas. Staff friendly. Snack bar great. Good food and prices. 5 mins from front. We will return as do so many people

Typical Canaries style apartment, has everything you need - cleaners every other day with clean towels (these are pretty thin and not very big) pool area very clean BUT FAR TOO MANY RULES - no balls, no inflatables, no moving my bed into the shade of the umbrella

Apartments spotless,I only stayed for weekend but cleaners came in and changed all bedding,towels,cleaned and polished whole apartment,cleaners very polite,staff also. Beautiful clean pool,lovely little bar which does lovely food,once again bar staff very polite and courteous,lovely place for families,basically don't want to go home!!
