Hotel Lanzarote Village

My husband and I stayed for a week . This is our second visit to this hotel, we have travelled well and stayed in many hotels ,and everyone we can say have been great but always a little fault or something can be improved, but we both agree and can honestly say there is nothing at all ,no fault found at all in the lanzorote village hotel, From check in friendly staff , welcoming and helpful, our room was spacious clean bright comfortable well equipped sea veiw The restaurant staff friendly helpful and couldn't do enough for their guests, the food was amazing We were half board, so we'll fed with beautiful food ,there was breakfast and evening meal live cooking station, fresh made omelette every morning tasty , but choices was so many cereal cooked breakfast cold meats cheeses breads fruit jams and honey fresh fruits Juices ,waters teas coffees Catered for everyone . Dinner times again everyone was catered for , there was a theme each night , Spanish Mexican Italian British etc , never ate so much good food , the poolarea amazing We are beach people , the beach is fab The maintenance men looking after the grounds of the Hotel worked hard at keeping the grounds so beautiful , the location is perfect, to the left of the hotel a beautiful walk to Matagorda, or left to the peurto del Carmen main ***** , Plenty of shops and restaurants and bars, I am disappointed that there has been reveiws on this hotel that are so unfair, I understand that people have a difference o opinion but I plead with you if you are looking a hotel and you were reading the reveiws please don't let the negative reveiwz put you off . There is not a better hotel to stay I can honestly say you will not be Disappointed. We came home Tuesday night to belfast and before going to bed I had booked for next, January ,we book with jet 2 small deposit allows me to pay of the holiday in 8 months great help Looking forward to heading to lanzorote and my stay In Lanzorote village hotel hopi g I get the same room

Very nice and exceptionally clean in all public areas. Room was perfect large balcony and great sea view. Bathroom a little small but ok for our needs. Kettle and etc hidden in the cupboard just so you are aware. Food choice excellent at all times. A great place highly recommended

We visited Hotel Lanzarote Village in January/February and enjoyed our stay. Everywhere was very clean. We were able to sit around the pool and it was very peaceful. Classes for aqua and pilates/yoga were available, should you wish to participate but no pressure. We enjoyed many walks plus used the buses that are easy to use and close by. We booked a day trip for the Cesar Manrique tour and it was wonderful. We hope to visit again next year.

We visited this hotel in August 2023 and again in April 2024. Honest opinion is it’s went downhill dramatically!! The food was poor, very repetitive in the evenings and I hate to add but several times we experienced (pink) raw chicken and also heard other guest complain of similar. The staff are not over friendly and need to learn to greet guests with a smile - we pay their wages at the end of the day. The animation team this year is worse than awful. The one guy doing it has no energy, people skills or desire to make guests feel like they’re on holiday - looks like he can’t be bothered. Also just a lack of creative activities especially for kids - kids are meant to feel special by animation team - the interaction with them is non-existent!! 3 pool tables and at one point all were out of order. Never any change in reception for games room (air hockey is about the only machine that works and even that is dated). Going points - breakfast is ok and poolside bar food isn’t bad. The location is decent and other than struggling to find much good about this hotel now. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend to others anymore.

My wife and I stay here on a seven night half board package through TUI It was a terrible experience in relation to the food it was awful The staff were not friendly in the restaurant and lobby. I did not see the restaurant manager for the few nights we have dinner in the restaurant and also the breakfast was poor We had just fruit and toast for breakfast, again no manager to be seen at the breakfast restaurant. We did complain to the TUI rep who we only saw one of the morning in the hotel lobby. We had to pay €98- 00 for a sea view and we had a five minute walk to our room from the reception and up a flight of stairs to our room #1257. To be honest I could go on and on but I just get the feeling I am wasting my time complaining. I can assure you this is not a personal grip I am writing this review to outline my awful experience. I have read some of the reviews on TripAdvisor after our stay, so some of these reviews did not make good reading , I should have read these reviews prior to me booking through TUI. Therefore I would not have chosen to stay in the Hotel Lanzarote Village. It a costly mistake. Dave and Ethel Ireland 🇮🇪

Very clean hotel and great maid service in the room Best all inclusive buffet we have experienced for freshness and variety and food constantly being topped up Staff are very attentive and helpful No charge for pool towels Charge for the safe also incurring a refundable deposit Late checkout available subject to availability but at extra charge Disappointed that it seems cocktails are not available at the pool bar Great variety of food at the pool bar Animation Team could be improved and entertainment seems repetitive but otherwise a really great hotel!!!!!!

We have just returned from our 9th stay, we stayed for 10 days to celebrate our 49th Wedding Anniversary. All the staff from Reception to room maids are the friendliest you could ever wish to meet. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas, we stay AI and the food at all meals is good quality and always fresh and the drinks are all good. We have noticed a lot of moaning reviews just lately and it seems that no matter what you do some people will never be happy. The hotel is situated opposite a lovely clean beach with sun beds and umbrellas to hire. We are already booked for 26 days time to return and looking forward to seeing all the staff. Don’t be put off by some of the reviews it’s a really nice hotel and if you want a relaxing holiday then this is the hotel for you. See you soon Hotel Lanzarote Village x

Broken hanger at the hooks so I couldn't hang trousers. No lift by steps leading to the pool. Could not reach the bath tap and plug due to the shower screen being in the way. Coffee not topped up each day. No blankets provided on the room. The breakfast food was cold !! The coffee machine was either not working or there was a queue. The hot chocolate, fruit juice was very sweet. The omelette was thin and watery. My room was not cleaned each day until 4pm. The cleaners and waiters worked very hard and were very friendly.
