Nice hotel, well located near the wide beach and not far from the lively boulevard of Puerto del Carmen.
Have a beautiful swimming pool with slightly heated water. Rooms are nice and spacious, only we had a room unfortunately
with terrace overlooking the roof of the dining room. Since the hotel was full according to the reception, we could not get another room.
The breakfast is good and extensive, dinner was a bit less, especially because there was limited choice in terms of main courses. Staff in restaurant

Fabulous hotel. We’re here at the moment and really enjoying it. First time at this hotel. We were upgraded on arrival so that was a bonus, and our apartment is great. The beds are massive and really comfortable, as were the pillows - very important to us!! Nice to have fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making equipment. Lovely power shower. Apartment spacious with a massive terrace - table & chairs & 2 sunbeds. Everywhere and everything is spotless. Pool area is great - I like that the sunbeds have plenty of space between them. There are also sofas along the back in the shade. Great access to beach area through the back gate. There is a book swap library with a nice quiet seating area. Great lounge - the seats are so comfortable, and entertainment from 9 pm every evening. The hotel staff, without exception, are so friendly, efficient and accommodating.. Dining room is good with plenty of choice, and I like that you can eat outside as well. We’ve been coming to this resort for over 25 years and this is the best place we’ve stayed.

What can i say, this was our 4th stay at Hotel Las Costas. Such a lovely hotel, clean, beautiful rooms, service is out of this world . We were offered daily change of bedding and towels. Food was plentiful , different menu every night, the service in the restaurant was fantastic (if on the menu, try the cheesy creamy spinach, its very good). Would highly recommend this hotel for all the services provided and is situated not far from main *****. Another great holiday. Thank you all so much for a lovely relaxing time. Look forward to booking our 5th stay with you.

Arrived25/3 for 11 nights I’m writing this on the Bali-Bed as my pick up is 18.30. Check in was excellent and given room 1153 which was a pleasant room but albeit never got a lot of sun. Breakfast was great everything you really need was there. We were not overly keen on dinner but everybody to their own. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. 15 minute walk into playa del Carmen and about same to Matogordo. Weather was poor first 5 days but picked up to what you expect in Lanzarote. If I returned it would be on a b&b basis

This hotel lives up to its rating, Location is a short walk into Puerto del Carmen and a longer walk to Matagorda. Staff in all areas are really excellent. I marked it a five rating even though the food, while more than adequate, was lacking a real quality of choice. The hotel is due for refurbishment next April (closing down for 3 months) although I really cannot see what can be improved. ? Highly recommended

Very good location, just at the fringe of promenade where the activity is. Great service. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Accessible to a very nice stretch of beach. Breakfast included, sets you up for the day. Avoid the buffet dinner. Fantastic car rental service, highly recommended, inexpensive & car delivered to your hotel. Definitely a place to return to on next visit.

I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel. The hotel is well placed on a lovely beach and is bright and cheerful. The rooms and common areas are spotless and well kept. Breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet and there was a massive choice to choose from each day. The reception staff, waiting staff and cleaners were all really pleasant and cheerful, they were all really helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, especially the evening entertainment.

Just back from another wonderful and amazing stay yet again at Hotel Las Costas. Very friendly staff throughout the whole Hotel, especially Caroline, Emma and Berta on Reception and Fran and his amazing team in the Restaurant and Pool bar. We enjoyed our meals each morning and evening and always plentiful and good choice. Rooms are spotless and serviced each day. We had a lovely side sea view room and got lovely sunshine each morning. We did not use the pool on this occasion as we enjoyed numerous walks this time and did amazing walk from Hotel to Puerto Calero, along the cliff, and back again. Looking forward to our return visit in October. Keep up the good work Team Las Costas 👏👏👏

An absolute gem of a hotel great friendly staff lovely bar area terrific location right on the beach will be our go to place every year rooms spacious and very clean the lady comes every day we stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast choice was brilliant from a full English to toast and jam or a beautiful fresh fruit breakfast see you all again very soon
