From the second you arrive at Lani’s Suites it is like walking into a world of pampering, luxury and pure bliss. You are greeted with a glass of cava, yummy chocolates and a warm cloth to freshen up. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite which is on the ground floor and has a private hot tub. The mini bar and snacks press is fully stocked twice a day and is included in the price which is a lovely treat. The beds are huge and the pillows are like clouds with a full pillow menu to choose from. The pool is heated and is a lovely depth for us non swimmers but pool lovers. There is no shortage of towels and they are of the highest quality. The restaurant has just the most amazing food and we ate there 4 out of 7 nights. Also there is a big breakfast selection to choose from that is cooked fresh once ordered. But of all the fantastic benefits of staying in Lani's, the number one thing that keeps bringing us back is the AMAZING Staff. From managers Jonathan & Jorhe, Alejandro & Miriam on reception to Juan and his restaurant staff team, cleaners and pool maintenance people to Amanda in her wonderful massage retreat. They make you feel like part of the family and nothing is too much trouble. We have made some wonderful precious friends in Lani's among the Staff and cherish their absolute professionalism every time we visit. We have been 13 times in 10 years and can't imagine staying anywhere else. Nothing else measures up to Lani's Suites. Roll on the next trip !!

While I normally stay in Lanis with my husband this time I brought my sister to introduce her to the Lanis experience and the reason why I won’t stay anywhere else. I’ve been staying in Lanis suite deluxe for my holidays in Lanzarote since 2019 and I have never once been disappointed, I will go so far as to say each year they manage to exceed my expectations. They don’t rest on their laurels they continually upgrade facilities, by the way I love the new sun loungers this year and if possible they are even more comfortable than the previous ones. From its location on the beach to the quality of food , to the gym, spa, yoga classes and live entertainment there is no reason to leave this oasis of calm for the entire stay. The secret to Lanis success has to be the staff, they are beyond amazing helpful and nothing is too small an ask. From Miriam, Juan, Jonathan, Farah and Alejandro , to all the grounds and house keeping staff you never feel anything other than wrapped in warmth and friendship. Suffice to say Lanis have a new customer in my sister, she was blown away by Lanis welcome, amazing location, food and staff. Lanis is my little piece of heaven and once you stay there everywhere else cannot compare. I cannot recommend Lanis highly enough

From the moment you are picked up from the airport you enter the Lani’s bubble. The car is immaculate and a relaxing short journey to the hotel. Lani’s is a very small hotel, having only 25 suites and this is what makes it so special as the staff are really able to look after you and give you outstanding service. The rooms and the pool are all sea facing and the restaurant which is all waiter service is positioned right over the sand and has amazing views with delicious food. Everywhere is spotless, even the car park! As others have mentioned before the attention to detail is incredible with everything you could possibly wish for. All the staff are so friendly and will help you in any way they can but please give special thanks to Miriam and Manuel. We can’t wait to go back for our third visit.

Faultless. Absolutely perfect in every way. Wonderful room with immaculately sparkling clean hot-tub on the terrace. Wanted for nothing…they thought of every last little detail. Brilliant attentive friendly staff. Fabulous manager. A truly wonderful hotel. 110% recommend! (Would appreciate more vegan options next time…especially things like veggie sausage at breakfast )

Fantastic stay at Lani's. Staff were excellent and service was impeccable, food in the restaurant was first class. We stayed in the Lani's Suite which had everything we needed and a huge terrace to enjoy the sun. A thoroughly relaxing week. 10/10.

The relaxed atmosphere, the impeccable service, kind people, they help find solutions, and of course the best location right next to the ocean. I have been in hundreds of hotels on the planet, this one is a gem you rarely come across. Go and discover!

A beautifull hotel/resort where all your needs are fullfield.The rooms are very nice and comfortable,the view from the balcony and sound of vawes from the beach,spectacular.The bed so comfortable to sleep.The cactuses and plants everywhere,you walk to your room through a tunnel ,as through the wood of palm trees and plants.The pool great.The people working at Lani's are the heart of the resort!All of them are so kind and nice,always at hand!The restaurant and the meals were excellent!Whatever advise or help you need,they are here for you.They also recommended what to see on the island and also,good,local places to eat.Nice transfer from the aeroport,even though,we arrived pretty late in the evening.Cannot say more to praise the place or the people!!It was really one of the best vacations we had!!Thanks to Lani's!!!

Simply Outstanding – A 5-Star Experience at Lani’s Suites From the moment we arrived at Lani’s Suites, we were treated to a level of service and attention to detail that’s genuinely rare to find. The staff are exceptional — warm, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to ensure every moment of your stay is perfect. From reception to housekeeping to the restaurant team, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation itself is immaculate. Each suite is beautifully designed, spacious, and luxurious, with thoughtful touches throughout. Waking up to panoramic ocean views every morning from our private terrace was unforgettable. The rooms are spotless and serviced to the highest standard daily. Location-wise, you really couldn’t ask for more. Set right on the seafront in Puerto del Carmen, you’re steps away from the beach, great restaurants, and shops — yet the atmosphere within the hotel remains peaceful and serene, a true escape from the world. Whether it’s a romantic getaway or a special occasion, Lani’s delivers on every level. This place is something truly special — we left feeling relaxed, looked after, and already planning our return. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Having just returned from Lanis suites after many visits, to this our favourite hotel, from the moment you arrive after the luxury transfer from the airport, to the warm welcome at reception, greeted with a refreshing glass of bubbly, then shown to your immaculately presented suite, spotlessly clean and with amazing sea views. The food and wine in the restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented, the service was first class, the restaurant team managed by Juan and Manuel are a credit to the hotel. The main reason we keep returning to Lanis is because of the amazing staff who have now become friends, from Jonathon, George Alejandro and Miriam, and a special thank you for the wonderful birthday celebrations, you cant mention Lanis without saying a big thank you to the wonderful owner Kumar who is always makes time to chat with his guests, we are looking forward to visit No 26 in October.
