A lovely place to stay in El Coca (Francesca del Orellana). We needed a quit clean place to stay overnight to facilitate our transfer to and from the Napa river to the airport. This was recommended to us and we have to say our reception and welcome was the start of an excellent stay. Our room was huge and virtually a Suite with bed/desks and comfortable seating in a spacious area. Lift service to our 2nd floor and a bright and airy feel to everything. It can be very warm in 'El coca' and the Air conditioning was very welcome. We had an very peaceful nights sleep following a very good dinner and wine the evening before. Breakfast was excellent too. The entrance lobby was restful whilst we waited for our taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with such friendly and helpful staff. We did not use the excellent Pool or other 'Spa' type facilities. We would love to return here and will recommend it to others.

We stayed at the hotel for about 3 nights, very clean and tidy, great room service, but very expensive meals, will not name price here but was way above local prices, has great lounge area, overall pricey stay

L’hôtel et la chambre en lui-même était bien. Le petit-déjeuner pour le prix payé aurait pu être de meilleure qualité. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine malheureusement qui avait l’air d’être bien. Pas de shuttle pour l’aéroport Notre gros problème a été de devoir payer presque 50 dollars supplémentaires de taxes alors que la réservation et le paiement a été fait via hôtel.com Pour une chambre à environ 120 dollars ça fait beaucoup ! Nous n’avons pas pu avoir d’explications sauf celle de devoir payer !! C’est le seul hôtel qui nous a fait ça depuis le nombre d’années que l’on utilise cette plate-forme de réservation

Es un lindo hotel alejado de la parte céntrica, buena infraestructura y amplios parqueaderos. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas y el servicio del personal bastante bueno Considero que sería importante diversificar el menú de almuerzos y cenas. Los desayunos son tipo bufet pero poca variedad. He ido en más de una ocasión y es un lugar al que quisieras volver

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado cerca de la parte comercial de la ciudad El personal es amable pero existe poca coordinación a la hora de la reserva, si vas a visitarlos considera que al ser una cadena hotelera en 3 ciudades de la provincia podría existir confusión (lo que me pasó a mi) Las habitaciones muy limpias, me faltó un secador de cabello… la comida bien preparada y el desayuno es bufet Cuenta con parqueadero y es seguro
