Process: Go to the luxury family room scheduled for diving on National Day. It is about 100 meters away from SABANG beach. The entrance to the mountain for the first time is not easy to find. Breakfast has American and noodles. The American default is 2 slices of grilled meat, 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of toast, small sauce jam and butter; if you want noodles, cook noodles; Overall rating: Very good Advantages: good service attitude and good sanitation; environment is good, there is a drop, and the vegetation is rich; the rooms are basically detached houses, and the rooms on the hill can overlook the entire SABANG beach; quiet and ecological, and there are insects calling at night Sound, there will be cuckoos flying to the balcony in the middle of the night, and geckos can often be seen outside. Disadvantages and suggestions: It is not convenient to go diving without a safe, it is recommended to add a small safe; add a clothesline on the balcony to dry clothes; add a mosquito killer;

Amazing staff, extremely friendly and very professional. Right on the beach, although the beach is a little dirty, not so nice. However, it's a cheap ride to the beautiful White Beach. The spa attached to the resort was also great! Food was good. Would definitely recommend!

Service and hotel was fantastic. Very relaxing and the food was A+++ only negative was a lot of confusion with the final bill. I think it should be more itemised and in Filipino currency not US. Whenever you order food you should be given a bill. You are not really sure if it is accurate. Otherwise I would stay again.

Another fantastic stay at the Manara. It’s been a while due to the pandemic. They have been busy making a lot of expansion and enhancing the place all together, they even added another pool! The ambiance is very chill, it was peaceful and serene. The food was all top notch too, great selections of nice local offerings as well as fine imports.

This is a great boutique hotel with spacious villas suitable for our family. The pool is great, happy hour is a blast 4-6pm daily and rooms are comfortable. The ate at their restaurant every night and food was good. During the day we took the boat which cost approx 3k for 4 hours and did island hopping. The stairs in the resort to your room is a challenge so if you have limited mobility then avoid but we had no issue with it.

I need a new vocabulary. Having previously used all the superlatives to describe other resorts, I need new ones, as this is an order of magnitude beyond all previous resort vacations. The physical resort, the food, the service, the diving, the attitude of the staff, everything. I was met at the airport, guided through the ferry terminal, picked up at the ferry landing, taken to the resort, and greeted by name, by everyone, all week. At no time was I ”just another dollar”, and at no time was any member of the staff less than entirely cheerful and helpful. I could get used to this, real easy... It's as if I were a valued guest, instead of just a customer. Imagine that. To make this shorter for those who don't want to read the rest of this... I began my plans to return on the way home. I rarely go anywhere outside of the USA twice, (been there, done that..) Not this time. I am going back and I will bring as many friends as I can. It's 14 hours on a jet from LAX to Manila, and 4 more hours after that. I hate travel, but this was worth it. I'll take Philippine Airlines again next time too. They don't treat you like cattle, sheep or dirt. I have now felt respect while travelling, and I like it! The flight wasn't so bad. I am 6” tall, weight 240, and was comfortable in economy. Free wifi, a tv with free movies, tv shows, music..etc.. a very pleasant flight, in both directions. Food OPTIONS! You get to choose. Wow. On arrival at Marco Vincent, I was greeted by name, shown my room, a crate was outside my door to put my dive gear in, it was the last time I handled it all week. My room was large, extremely clean, super comfortable with a small fridge full of water, a table w 2 chairs, a big shower, AC unit, very firm mattress, spotless soft white sheets, a 32” TV with plenty of channels and it was quiet. All meals were as good as I have had anywhere. This place only has 32 rooms, so the buffet menu is not extensive, but I always found more than enough of what I like to eat. The quality and presentation was always top notch. The quality of the food extends to the dive boat, Big Beth. They have a chef aboard and those meals are the same quality as at the resort. Remember, this is a day boat, and they have a chef aboard serving freshly made gourmet meals. (Sure beats grabbing a sandwich at Walmart on the way to the lake....) The diving itself was like nowhere else. I saw things I didn't know existed.. an electric clam? WOW! Nudibranchs, mantis shrimp, lion fish (where they belong), a few octopi, at least three, maybe five, different morays, frogfish, giant clams, miniature seahorses, scorpionfish, colors that I can't describe...more different fish than I could list in a week... Every dive was something new, and all conducted from a really nice boat, the nicest boat I saw there. Big, clean, outfitted for diving with camera stations, charging stations, camera tanks, full emergency gear, oxygen, AED. not to mention the galley where the chef w

We stayed at Blue Crystal Beach Resorts for two weeks. We had the most wonderful time resting, sightseeing, island hopping and walks around the neighborhood. Breakfast is free which makes it taste even better, hahaha! On the serious side, the encounters we have had with the staff are phenomenal! Greets you with the sweetest biggest smile!!! Always asking if there is anything we need for our room, prepared our meals accordingly, at times even gave us the option if there is anything we wanted to eat out of the menu. They even go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure we have eaten before they leave for the night, how amazing is that! Truly unheard off! Thank Dolor and Annalyn for going the extra mile so we didn’t starve for the night. Thank you to Lucy and Ram for preparing our meals according to our dietary guidelines and make taste yummy! 1. Hotel location: 900 meters away from the white sandy beach, you can walk along the highway for 15 minutes, or walk along the beach through a reef, about 25 minutes. 2. Hotel environment: Have your own beach at least 50 meters, very suitable for watching the sunset of the sea, and falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves. Unfortunately, the beach has a lot of pebbles and the sand is relatively thick, which is not suitable for swimming. The waves during my stay in the past few days were relatively big, and it was not suitable for swimming. I could only swim in the hotel pool 3. Hotel facilities: the room is spacious and bright, facing the sea, there is a balcony with green plants and a sofa bed, you can lie down and chat and watch the sea view. Disadvantages: The pillows are very uncomfortable, my friends and I both sleep with neck pain; the single bed in the double room is too narrow about 90 cm; there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, ask the front desk to pay for it; one less towel for wiping hair 4. Breakfast is very simple. When it is free, two slices of toast + egg + 1 cup of drink, others need to be paid separately, the price is not low 5. Whether the room is suitable for children, as soon as I entered the room, I removed the two single beds, and there was a sofa bed that was stretched out. The next day the waiter saw that we didn’t need it, and we would harvest the sofa, so we should live in a family it is also fine Because I didn't see a hotel with 4 stars or more in White Beach on Ctrip, I booked this one, and I am basically satisfied with it.

I have been to Puerto Galera before and accommodation was a real struggle. The quality around White Beach was really poor and they were old and tired. So coming this time I wanted to find something better. Looking at these pics this hotel looked amazing. The hotel is situated around 10 mins drive from White Beach. That is considered close. And there are plenty of Tricycles to take you back to the hotel at any time. I thought this location was great. The view from the hotel was amazing and featured two swimming pools one being a Infinity pool. The infinity pool was quite deep. The rooms were big and comfortable with good air con. There is little to fault the hotel on. I had a room next to the pool and the only issue was there was a light you couldn't turn off and that light attracted half of the islands bugs at night so I couldn't leave my door open. Secondly the hotel is built on the steepest hill you have ever seen. I am not exaggerating when I say that. It is so steep that riding a motorbike it couldn't even make it up the hill lol. The staff will help you with the bags and its prob only a 5 min walk but in the heat it takes a lot out of you. If you are not fit or you were of the older generation I think you would struggle. I rented a motorbike which i would suggest if staying here so its easy to travel about. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to PG.

I booked at Jalyns for 5 days, & stayed 2 weeks. It is 5 minutes ride out of sabang & 10 mins to puerta galera. A perfect distance to escape the hustle & bustle, but also close enough not to be inconvenient. They also have mopeds for hire. The owners & staff are friendly & helpful and make you feel welcome. Leah was amazing with my booking, sorting everything out promptly by messenger. It has many room types, a restaurant and 2 swimming pools. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would recommend Jalyn's resort.
