It is a nice hotel, located in the jungle, where several hotels are located, but you always need mobility to go out. The Internet works more or less and the air could be better, I went in December where it was very hot.

 The place itself is beautiful, the service is friendly but mostly very careless. They are uninformed, they told us things a thousand times that were later contradicted, I asked for something and they always brought me something else. The food is bad, but it's not crazy. Breakfast average average. It lacks taste and variety. The eggs without bacon lack cooking, and I had to ask several times for basic things such as cutlery, napkins, ice, sugar, etc. The pool is beautiful. The room has a very musty smell and leaves a lot to be desired. The TV is not smart and on top of that it has a *****e in the middle that makes it difficult to see. It doesn't have an electric kettle, and the worst thing is that the Shampoo is supposed to be a duo, and the shower gel is the same slimy thing with a bad smell that leaves your hair hard. We had to buy liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. I once again say that the place itself is beautiful, the peace and calm is wonderful, but don't say that it is a 4 star because that is scamming people. If they told me it was a 3 star I would be happier but I expected something else.

A beautiful area with loads of opportunities to improve. Breakfast is good and meals from menu average to good, guess it depends whose working in the kitchen. I had a great cheese burger!! There is a challenge with noise pollution when there’s screaming children / parents. There was also very loud music from somewhere the Thu night until about 2am. Not sure if there’s a club adjacent to the National Park. They should put parents with kids separate from couples. The layout allows for that. Lovely staff with everyone trying to recover from the economic impact of covid. Very well maintained property and very clean. Pool is under renovation for summer. Pet friendly attitude definitely 5 stars. We had our little pug Charlie with us and it was a breeze. I enjoyed my stay very much and will visit again .

We went from Friday to Sunday as a family group and all of us were of legal age. We take advantage of every day to take the different tours (Brazilian side, Free Shop, Argentine side, Puerto Iguazú) moving with the vans that the hotel offers you. Excellent option. Also to highlight the facilities, the place where it is and the restaurant with good prices, good service and very delicious food. Very complete breakfast. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Only that for our taste they lacked a little warmth in their decoration and furniture. Excellent option, highly recommended.
