Good property with a nice location overlooking the sea. The room is spacious with a kitchen and jacuzzi. The kitchen has limited cooking appliances and the shower button is broken. I can see that the hotel is nice but the facilities seem a bit old. Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff who allows me to store my luggage after checkout.

Siempre que voy a Puerto Montt me quedo en ese hotel por su excelente ubicación, estacionamiento su personal de seguridad es muy amable y atento. Siento que han descuidado aspectos como internet no había en la habitación solo en áreas comunes, el servicio sanitario no bajaba bien, jabón y shampoo de mala calidad y escaso, la lámpara de la mesa de noche estaba roto el cable. Poca agua en la ducha.

Estuvimos alojados 3 noches en la suite de la planta 8. Hay que recordar que el precio no incluye desayuno. Buenas vistas, espacio amplio y cómodo, pero Internet pésimo y desesperante. El agua de la ducha se calienta un poco tras 5 minutos y sin abrir agua fría. El Jacuzzi, con esa escasa presión tardaría 4 horas en llenarse, así que ni lo probamos. Los complementos de cortesía de baño muy escasos. El precio demasiado elevado porque no tiene desayuno incluido, te enfada que, aún siendo ellos conscientes desde hace meses, no hayan mejorado la red local de cable de conexión a Internet y la presión y calentamiento del agua.

Me gusto mucho el hotel, a pesar de ser antiguo, lo encontré muy cómodo, excelente vista y ubicación, muy céntrico, con farmacia, supermercado y tiendas cerca. A 10 minutos caminando al terminal de buses donde puedes tomar locomoción a Puerto Varas, Frutillar y un montón de lugares más. La habitación muy amplia y la cocina bien equipada.
