We had a great time in puerto Montt

The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good. The only negative was the sink in the bathroom which wouldn't drain properly.

Great place to stay. Right on the boardwalk. The area can get busy and looks a bit sketchy because it’s next to the bus station but once you get past that it’s a great place especially being so close to the boardwalk. With food shops right in the bus station. It’s not hard to get food.

A reasonably priced hotel 3 starl for the region with a convenient location next to the main bus station and close to the international cruise ship terminal.

Very clean room and very comfy bed. Nice rain shower and bathroom marble table. Friendly staff, breakfast has a lot of options from bread to 3 types of yogurt and 4 types of cereal. Pineapple, kiwi and banana for fruit and even some cheesecake. Wifi is also great, no issues doing videocalls. TV mostly Spanish but also has CNN and BBC. Highly recommend for the price.

It was a good experience

It's IBIS, but it's a shame that there's no desk in the room to work on a computer, and it seems a bit expensive compared to the facilities.

Clean facilities. Right next to the bus terminal. Close to the mart. Computers on the first floor. Good view. There is a radiator in the room, so it is warm and dry.

Large rooms for Ibis, located near the bus station, on the embankment. For transit, a great hotel!

I like it very much. The environment and service are first-class.

The bed is too small. I will fall off if I am not careful.

Convenient and fast. Convenient shopping and transportation.
