Great property! Lots of choices for eating! No reservations needed! You can make reservations for larger groups.
Drinks and entertainment were awesome! Would definitely go back! Clean, safe, all employees were very helpful!! Great for families!!

Average service and hospitality, out of towels most beach days, food was pretty good. Beaches are very rocky, except for one area on north side of property. Entertainment staff was very kind and entertaining.

The resort was nice. Everything was close to our room. Food choices were great. Staff was super nice.
Not much of a beach though. And I felt like the pools were very crowded and not much to room to spread out. Overall I would probably return.

Pros: Food was good, staff is courteous, swimming was great, drinks were great.
Cons: Room service is very slow, towel service by the pool was poor and they were out of towels most of the times.

Nice size property and offerings as far as food, entertainment, drinks, and amenities. Beach was kind of less than desired. However, we are more beach people than anything. My family and I have been to numerous all inclusive resorts. Angel, who goes by "Mexican Chocolate" is the best on the entertainment staff. Hibachi reservations needs to be changed. Odd way to make a reservation and app was not consistent at all. Restaurants were never at full capacity and dining staff seemed to be short staffed maybe and reason why? We did not get our request to have joining or next door rooms. We reserved two rooms and our request was not granted so we had a room in between ours. That was the only disappointment really. I think this issue is more of an ******* problem vs if you were to book directly with the resort. Overall, I would rate this as a very good resort and would return again in the future.

I’ve stayed at many Secrets and Dreams properties and this is the oldest structure I’ve stayed in. Our first room (8115) was dirty, smelled horrible and had vomit on the patio that was not cleaned in 5 hours despite staff putting an urgent clean in it. So the first impression was not great. After I asked they did move us to 1118 and it was much cleaner. I was traveling with 2 kids (17&12) that are boy girl and the preferred club room didn’t offer shower privacy as I wish it did. One area of the beach was amazing, rock free and crystal clear. The food was good by all inclusive Mexico standards and the resort did a great job of decorating for Christmas. The common areas were nice, rooftop pickleball courts were protected from the wind and the heated pool was nice. The preferred area pool was quiet and enjoyable. For us it was worth the upgrade to avoid the overly crowded “party” pool.
