"The hostel is excellent! Very cozy, and the welcome from Luis and Gerardo was one of the best I've ever had. We felt right at home! The entire space was super clean, with body soap, shampoo, and conditioner available. New, high-quality towels. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment, if needed, and the breakfast was excellent. Despite all the things that made for a great experience, the people who were part of it stood out. Great conversation, as simple as a conversation between friends, lots of help with local information, and lots of interesting life stories. Luis, Gerardo, I wish you the best of luck in all your endeavors. Hugs, Rodrigo and Vale."

"Located near the square, the location is excellent, offering a wide view and exceptionally beautiful scenery. Although it's right next to the road and can be a bit noisy at times, thankfully it rained yesterday, making the air much fresher and the noise less noticeable."

"The apartment was spacious. We stayed here for 5 nights. The best things about the apartment: you have all the facilities you need. Good beds. In a quiet neighborhood The apartment was also cleaned and they shifted the towels every day. Laundry service is available and works well. It even includes a good breakfast. What we were less happy with: The apartment was not cozy at all. Very sterile and bright lights. It was also a bit worn out. Be also aware that you are a 15 minutes walk from the city centre."

"The hotel doesn’t look great from the outside but don’t let that put you off. Inside is light, bright and very clean. The upstairs rooms have great views over the fiord. Easy walk into town. Hotel doesn’t have a bar, but they do offer room service. They only serve breakfast which is standard. Staff very helpful. Made reservations and helped with recommendations for dinner. Lovely place to stay."

"Positive: -Receptionist let us enter the suit to wear a bathroom and exchange our clothes after a long journey, even the suit is not ready for check in. She was very kind. -apto is very big and very good. Negative: - breakfast is quite simple. Basically yoghurt and cereals/ coffee/ tea/ cold milk (I asked to warm and heated a little milk), bread/skin/cheese/orange juice. 'One morning I came to the coffee and had no one and had nothing prepared; I went into the kitchen and picked up the things I found to drink my coffee. Then the girl came and apologised, because the coffee maker warned her tomorrow morning that she could not go."

"I travelled with my son to hike in Patagonia and we stayed with Mr Lee & his wife in Hotel Casa Verde. Compared with several other places where we stayed, I can say with confidence that Hotel Casa Verde stands out above the rest. The hotel is exceptionally clean, very comfortable and I can recommend their Korean Dinner! Both Mr Lee & his wife are very kind people and we enjoyed talking with them about much more than just Patagonia. They were ready to provide good advise on where to visit, service providers in town and much more. The hotel is just outside the town and only 8min by taxi. I recommend Hotel Casa Verde."

"The hotel's location in Puerto Natales is very central, which is convenient. However, the decor and furnishings are dated, giving a rundown feel. The rooms are uncomfortable and have little space for luggage, making them impractical for longer stays. Housekeeping was fair, nothing remarkable, and noise at night was a major problem: you could hear a lot of cars, and it sounded like they were racing, which made it difficult to rest properly. On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant, the only really positive thing about our stay. The breakfast was very basic, without much variety. Furthermore, there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. On the positive side, there is free parking in front of the hotel. Overall, we found the place to be expensive for what it offers, and overall, I was disappointed."
