Need a few renovations. Lighting of the room can be fixed a bit, more light. Overall, it was a rather good stay. Value for money it is. Oh p.s. i still think the bath towels need newer sets.

I really love this place! It's super close to the mall, which is great. The staff is so nice, especially the lovely lady at the front desk. She's just the best. The room is spotless and the hot water is a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

A great place with a fantastic location! There's a superb supermarket right next door that even has a cinema, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended! Plus, it offers excellent value for money.

Have stayed at the go hotel many times in past and it has always been great to me, however on this stay they let themselves down massively and even had the audacity to charge me at the end for a stained towel. 3x the price of what an actual towel would cost at that aswell. Bitterly disappointed and will not be back after this stay.

I stay for a short time . Security are polite and the guest service. As I travel from lucena to manila and manila to Puerto princesa I dont have proper sleep yet., I ask the staff if I can get my room early becouse my son is very sleepy already and so tire . I can pay if there is any amount that I can check in early. But the staff insist is 2pm. I ask again if there is earlier than that. She said she will try around 1:30 imagine we arrive 10am in morning waiting in lobby for almost 4 hours very bad 😔

Overall I have quite enjoyed my stay @ Go H - while the facilities are acceptable the staff has been fantastic. They have been accommodating & have tried to be helpful with everything. As in other developing countries not everything is always as well working/maintained perfectly, but when brought to staff's attn they addressed as best possible. The primary n major necessities are fine - I would definitely stay again ))

So far, everything looks good; please improve the outdoor lighting to ensure better visibility and ambiance during evenings.
