What a stay! The staff are so unbelievably welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival you’re greeted by happy members of staff and a welcome drink. Although they give you lots of information at the beginning they helpfully provide an A4 piece of paper with it all on afterwards so you don’t forget. After quite a disastrous day of travel for us, all of it was forgotten thanks to the staff and beautifulness of the hotel. They were also the only hotel we stayed at (we’ve stayed at many while travelling around Philippines) that acknowledged and cared about the fact it was our honeymoon. They also assisted with our booking of taxis and the underground river tour (highly recommend!). On the beach they also offer free kayak hire for guests. Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend this hotel.

One of the most beautiful seaside resorts I’ve ever been in.

Wow, this place is truly magical. We really enjoyed every single moment of our journey here. We actually stayed at this resort for 4 nights and wanted to stay longer. Staff were always super helpful, kind and very polite from the very beginning. The food and drinks here are amazing. The view from our room was super beautiful. Do not hesitate to book at this resort. You won’t regret it at all. It’s completely worth it.

The hotel is close to the underground river tour. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The food was also very good. We got the premium room, which also had wonderful views of the ocean.

This resort is the ideal place for a romantic get away. It's small enough to provide an incredible personalised experience however large enough to offer the facilities you'd hope to have provided. The staff went out of their to. Meet all requests promptly and the management were great. I hope I have the pleasure of returning again very soon

The highlight of our stay is that we got upgraded with our own private pool. The resort is clean and the best part are the hotel staff. They are the most polite and hospitable staff I’ve ever encountered. We enjoyed our stay and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Sabang area. Special shout-out to Cherry in the reception area and Delter (thank you for the delicious mangoes) and to all the resort staff. You all rock!

My wife and I made this our honeymoon destination and we have absolutely no regrets with our decision to do so. First off, we had complications on our way to the Philippines. The airlines we took had lost our luggage leaving my wife with nothing for the trip. On our way to our connecting flight to Puerto Princesa, I called Daluyon to see if it was possible to have our driver stop at the mall so that we may purchase new things for my wife. They happily complied and said it was no problem at all. We ended up staying there for a little over 2 hours. It helped us out a ton. When it came time to retrieve our luggage at the airport, they made it really seamless and easy to set it up. We stayed at this resort for 5 days and 4 nights. It was the most relaxing time and honestly gave us an unrealistic expectation on how the service was going to be in the Philippines for the rest of the trip. It was just that amazing. Ralphfe and his staff was amazing. He came up and introduced himself to us right when we arrived. We had wanted to set up a dinner on the beach for our first night to celebrate the start of our honeymoon. They made it so easy and memorable. At dinner, we were introduced to one of their staff, Abigail. She is just one of the many amazing people they have on their staff. This dinner really set the precedence of our expectations and they did not disappoint. Every single one of their staff is very diligent when it comes to remembering your preferences in their attempt to ensure the highest quality of service they could provide. My wife and I both generally run hot so acclimating to the heat and humidity of the Philippines was hard for us to get used to. It literally took one time of us asking if it was a possibility to have the fan face us for them to remember. We liked the view of one specific seat as well so we enjoyed sitting there for breakfast. It overlooked their pool and greenery behind in. We even preferred their liter bottles of still water. We were thirsty after sweating every day. After the first day, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, their staff just new what we liked. They would ask us if we wanted to sit at "Our" table and would have a separate employee set up a fan to face our direction. They would then ask if we wanted a liter still bottle and also tell us when they were out and if the smaller bottle was acceptable(I feel like we may have cleared out their supply for a day or so lol). This makes us sound so high maintenance but not once did we ever feel like we were a burden. Every single one of them genuinely feels like they want to do their best to provide you with the best service. My favorite part was our breakfast. They would bring me an extra serving of the protein they were serving for their Filipino Breakfast because they knew I loved to eat. Without even asking. We were in this resort for two nights because we wanted to do the Underground River in a DIY style. I did not have any expectations at all about the resort since this was my last stop of a 5-week long trip in Asia. However, this resort provided such good amenities and outstanding service, which made my trip even more memorable. What I appreciated most is the staff members. You can tell everyone is proud of their job and is doing their work with such JOY. They were so observant and immediately provided me with help with luggage even when I told them I was okay. Many staff members literally RAN to help me when they saw I might need something. I have never been treated that way in any hotel. The resort is located next to the beach. And I spent an entire afternoon there. The staff always checked in with me to see if I needed drinks or refreshments. The food at the restaurant was great. I enjoyed the Filipino breakfast and the pork spring rolls the best. Joey and Frezel were two staff members who stood out most. They were so attentive, kind, and humble. When I wanted to switch for a more comfortable chair and I was doing it myself, Joey immediately ran to help me. He wouldn’t let me do it myself. Though I was usually self-efficient, I was deeply touched his gesture. Frezel was there during all three of our meals and she The pool area was very nice. It was big and deep and I am sure any swimmers would be happy with it. There was also a well equipped gym on the premise. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the two big pillows a lot. Though the bathroom could use a bit of improvement, the water pressure was not strong at all and the curtain was hanging a bit too low. Ivan was at the front desk who checked us in. He was so patient with my friend and I and explained everything in detail. He also helped my friend making photocopies of our passports for the Underground River and scanning a photo we got as a souvenir. I am impressed with how he dealt with difficult guests. On the day of checkout, as I was moving my luggage down the cottage, a staff member ran to help me carry my 32kg luggage. I was totally overwhelmed by everyone who worked there. Coming from the U.S. I am just not used to this kind of hospitality. I highly recommend anyone to stay a few days at this resort when coming to Palawan. You will be treated like royalties.
