✨ A Wonderful Stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts ✨ Our stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts was truly pleasant and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and welcomed with refreshing drinks—a simple yet thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel valued as guests. We particularly appreciated how the reception team was approachable, courteous, and accommodating. Our request for a room located away from the elevator was also kindly granted, which contributed greatly to a more peaceful and relaxing stay. The room itself was beautifully kept—clean, fresh-smelling, comfortable, and inviting. Everything about the room created a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel at ease after a long day. There was a minor concern with the television upon entering the room, as the audio was muted and could not be adjusted. We had to follow up a few times before the IT team responded. While the response time could certainly be improved, we appreciated that our concern was eventually attended to and resolved. Overall, Hue Hotels and Resorts provided us with a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. The cleanliness of the room, the welcoming atmosphere, and the courteous staff truly stood out. This is a 4-star hotel. The family connecting rooms were great, and the pool was nice too. The breakfast restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious. Having a mall right next to the hotel was super convenient for souvenir shopping! The only minor issue was that the front desk lady's accent was a bit strong during check-in, making her a little hard to understand.

Good! Near city centre and restaurants to dine. Nice accommodations and good sleep. Recommend everyone to stay in this reliable hotel.

The rooms were quite clean and we were quite satisfied with the amenities provided. Breakfast was good and one could asked for the breakfast box if s/he couldn't have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. This is helpful for guests leaving the hotel very early in the morning for the underriver tour. Noted that the reception area would be more pleasant if it was equipped with air-conditioner.

I didn't had a chance to stay in a suite king room I reserved because the bathroom in the room was severely smelly. The staff tried to use deodorizing spray but it didn't work as the route cause was the smell came off the drainage all the time. The hotel staff didn't provide me with the new equivalent room, saying that all suite rooms were sold out. Finally, I had to stay in a standard room.

Great hotel and very central, next to a shopping mall. Very good breakfast. We’ve also enjoyed the roof top bar and pool with the kids.

Can’t beat the location, and rooftop pool wasn’t too shabby either. The restaurant was definitely a highlight- many choices, great space and service. Unfortunately, the room we had was in rough shape. Also, the bathroom sink area was in the main bedroom which I didn’t care for. In addition, I appreciate having choices, but it feels like there are too many light switches and they just complicate things trying to figure out which one to use. Regardless, we attempted to extend our stay, but were turned away because they were full. Glad we found a way better room elsewhere at half the cost and booked 5 more nights.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts Puerto Princesa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a modern and stylish design that creates a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was excellent - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bunk beds were a fantastic addition, especially for families, and the main bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the famous Robinsons Shopping Mall is just next door, making everything very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The child playroom and gym facilities were also well-equipped and enjoyable. We also tried the in-house massage spa, which was a very relaxing and satisfying experience.

One of the best hotel but not in the center

We stayed with Hue only for two nights but we enjoyed it. The hotel seemed to be new, the service was great and very friendly. We booked all our tours and transfer to El Nido through the hotel. They arranged everything

Excellent hotel with delicious breakfasts. There's a rooftop pool. It's close to the airport, thank you! There's also a kids' room.
