I booked this hotel before. And that time I got another room, it was better. Now the room was not very clean in the bathroom. The window in the bathroom couldn't be closed, so there were many insects inside. If you're gonna stay here, you should know that they don't provide soap and shampoo. Toilet paper only. Internet often disconnected. Without these problems it could be a nice place. The room is furnished well enough

I cannot understand their policy, we need to pay additional 150.00 for an hour early check in. Location is hard to find for their new names of hotel instead we asked for old names. Pool water is still dirty at 10:00am. Sorry

I love the ambience of the place and the wifi is really good. I will recommend this to my friends and loved ones.

The place is good but it’s too far from the city proper and fare of tricycle is expensive. But in fairness, our stay is very comfortable. I would like to suggest for transpo from the hotel to malls and other destinations.

On the spot yung pagbook nmin ng byfrnd ko, ksi inabutan kmi ng mdling araw sa kka bar hopping tas my Comelec Checkpoint pa, kaya ayon hahaha! So far, but so good! Almost 4 in the morning we arrived in Rovia, tas phnga n agad nga lasing. Comfortable tas okay n okay s gaya nmin n gsto mlayo sa city at peaceful. Thank youuuu 👍❤️

Basic hotel at reasonable cost on Gabinete road. The Rovia hotel is quiet, has no restaurant, however, you will find plenty of local eateries in the Barangay Bancao-bancao. About 600 metres from the fishing port. You can swim in the sea there. Nobody told us:- Rovia hotel swimming facilities are best in the area, partially shaded by overhead screens. Adult pool great for practising technique and stamina. Kiddies pool bigger than most local hotel adult pools. Lots of local children pay to swim in the pools on weekends. Air conditioning works fine, bathroom sink has no drain plug, shower is quite nice. Kettle in the hallway for coffee. Wi-Fi disappears during the night, though. No fridge in our room, but great balcony facing the morning sunrise. TV is average. Ideal for small families with many excursions. We booked a second stay of 11 days in February 2024.

Clean, good service

Booked for the holidays and had a bad experience. No front desk to accommodate us since holidays,only the guard was on duty to assist us. Very untidy trash on hallway,like 2 days in a row, nag add up lang trash. The most horrible experience since nawalan ng water supply since evening up until check out and they said they can't do anything about it at no maintenance on duty. Though the room was spacious and in a quiet environment it changed my perspective due to bad customer service and not be able to have use restroom and have a bath at all.

Excellent hotel, convenient location, not far from the airport. Nearby shops and a couple of cafes, you can walk to the beach. Hot water, air conditioning. There is a pool and a park. I liked everything very much. Thank you!

The hotel has good air conditioning, massage, excursions, swimming pool, breakfasts and snacks. Nearby there is a shop and taxi tricycle. I was on an excursion to the underwater river and in el Nido for several days, the hotel organized transfers in both directions, the guide was cheerful, I liked it very much. The water park slides do not seem to work, the nearest good beach is Honda Bay, you need to go 30 minutes by tricycle, then 15 minutes by ferry, the beach is good, the water is warm.
