Rooms are great and clean and the service is excellent! Staff are always friendly and very helpful.

The room was small and uncomfortable. We had a view of a garbage dump through the balcony bars. The air conditioning was very noisy and couldn't be adjusted. There was no refrigerator, and the closet was very small, and nowhere to dry wet clothes. At some point the hot water became cold and this problem was not resolved until we left. Breakfast was announced as starting at 6:30 a.m., but it actually started at 7 a.m. It was very meager and tasteless. Not all the staff speak English well. I wouldn't recommend it.

Good location to the pier

Nice three star hotel located in central Puerto Princesa. 5-10 minutes walk to cathedral and bay walk, where you can find places to eat. Room was small but bed was comfortable, shower was good, and nice view of city. Reception staff were friendly and arranged trip for us to subterranean caves. They provided free transfer to airport which took about ten minutes. All in all an enjoyable stay

Was literally on this island for an afternoon and morning. I had a tour and was able to see the city night and day. Good breakfast. Very clean rooms. Transportation easy. Markets nearby. Friendliest and prettiest area with both organic and unique people. I forgot to take a photo of the terrace, but it’s beautiful. Get a day tour of the city because the high school students are often training for college careers in tourism. Helpful staff.

Staff is very helpful, very nice people ! I’d suggest to rent a scooter (around 600 pesos /day) and going around. Hotel is new and clean. Not many choices for breakfast, I’d recommend for a short one night or two nights stay maximum.

The staff here is super polite and hospitable. We said that we have a flight at 6 am on the next day, so they have prepared an early breakfast for us, which was available since 5:30 am. Breakfast was decent. Also, the hotel has provided a free drop off to the airport, which we did appreciate a lot. In general, everything was amazing. The only upsetting thing was the noise outside. It was hard to fall asleep because of the motorbikes driving around and people being noisy outside, but it’s hard to blame the hotel on that. If possible, I recommend booking a room on the back part of the hotel, so it’s less close to the road.

Very small room and poor breakfast. Toilet and bathroom is like for child, rooms looks like Hongkong Indian hostels, no have place to keep your luggage, window is looks on the wall. How they get 5 start I don’t know, most of 3-stars hotels in this place looks much better. Good look over the city from the rooftop. So good that we was only 1 night.

Basically newly-constructed hotel located right at the heart of Puerto Princesa City. Nice and courteous staff. Free breakfast is excellent. Very reasonably priced rooms. Few meters away from SM, NCCC Mall, Airport, Public Market and restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean.
