We have just returned home after 11 nights here, first time visiting this hotel. We arrived late after the meals had ended, but on checking was advised to swing by the restaurant and they would give us a 'picnic', they did a sandwich and some fresh fruit, luckily the bar was still open so we could help it down with some drinks. The room was clean and spacious, housekeeping were in everyday to change towels and mop floors etc (except Tuesdays and Sundays when there is no housekeeping service). We found the beds comfortable. The staff work very hard and are very pleasant. The pool area is clean and plenty of sunbeds for everyone, anytime of the day. The food was good, although, like all all-inclusive hotels a little repetitive at times. You can stroll down the hill to Amadores beach, but would recommend a taxi back up as it is steep. 3.85 Euros for a taxi up the hill is well worth it. We asked for a late check out but the hotel were unable to do this for us, they do have a room you can store your luggage in, and showers you can use. We made the most of the last day by walking down to the beach and sitting drinking cocktails in one of the many beach front restaurants. We would stay here again.

Just spent 14 days here lovely place, Absolutely spotless. House keeping 100 % no faults whatsoever around the pool and the resort spotless, dinning area the same , all inclusive can get a bit monotonous but the staff not only in the kitchen and in the restaurant superb service , if you're hungry here it's your own fault. As for the entertainer it's a bit of a poor show , not the acts they are very entertaining sadly it starts at 9 pm and finished at 10.30 pm the latest if you are lucky. As for the reception I found them unhelpful and rude on occasions we asked for a late check out 4 days before leaving, and was told ok but pop back on the Wednesday the day before leaving, sadly on the day they said no ant told us we had to hand our keys in by midday, so we had to sit around for 6 hours so our last day ruined. The pool is clean but freezing 🥶 cold , we went to amadores beach a beautiful place with some amazing bars and restaurants. We won't be going back here sadly. Regards Steve Julie

Great hotel great staff apart from the entertainment I think u call her Sarah god quiz after bloody quiz clean rooms food below par it was know wonder people was going out for meals please please please bring Jamie back listen to your customers and no smoking on your own balcony what’s that all about I saw some old faces and there was not happy

Came here with my partner , it’s just an average hotel we both agreed. CONS: Cleaners came once in a blue moon and rarely mopped our floor etc. The fan in the room was making An awful sound and was covered in dirt and marks. The lock on the bedroom door was actually broken and wouldn’t shut properly. Stained mattress ( unsure if Urine or blood) Same food over and over day in day out it was was pork and fish. Entertainment was naff and didn’t really intrigue anyone. Evening entertainment was average , nothing spectacular. PROS: Self serve drinks No fighting over loungers Restaurant staff were quick to collect plates All in all we wouldn’t stay here again , if you’re looking for a basic hotel then this would be perfect for you.

It’s a decent hotel . It’s what I expected at the price I paid , if you want champagne and caviar pay champagne and caviar prices Room was clean and spacious Food was fine , plenty of choice Entertainment seems to all the same in these sort of hotels, basically just good kareoke singers But the best thing about this hotel is the room terrace , it’s huge ! Big enough for your own sun loungers plus a comfy 2 seater and armchair we stayed in room 407 got the sun all day Gym was small but adequate Amadores beach is lovely , a 10 minute walk down a steep bank don’t even bother walking back get a taxi €4 had a beautiful steak in one of the many restaurants (monacos) Europa centre , lively with pubs to watch the football is a 15 minute uphill walk away or a €7 taxi ride It’s an ok hotel,abit tired but ok
