Clean & comfortable beds, quiet & great free shuttle to nearest beach, great pool & spacious restaurant area. Good shop at front entrance, hotel is close to bars, cafe & restaurants, you can get a taxi to other parts of coast, 10mins to (Puerto Rico) where you can take lovely boat trips to other islands. Would definitely recommend staying here

Never before have I been made to feel so welcome by the staff at a hotel! The hotel is comfortable, clean and nice, the food is good, but what makes the hotel a gem? It's the wonderful people who work there! Your smiles and pleasant conversations, remembering my name and knowing what we like, thinking of us before we arrive at the restaurant. My mother feels like a queen with your lovely service, and like part of your family. I can understand why she will come back to you year after year!

Absolutely fabulous value for the money. Staying in room ‘58’ swim up room. Although no view as it’s a ‘terrace’ view it absolutely doesn’t disappoint. The swim up pool is amazing, great size, depth and temperature. It is worth hiring the air conditioning unit (I hired 2 large) as we’re all not used to the heat! And my goodness is it HOT! Food is ok, some really really nice dishes, some mediocre but none of us are hungry. Literally a 1 minute walk to get to ‘europa’ shopping centre, basically full of bars, souvenir shops and another small supermarket. Theres a small supermarket attached to the hotel too that’s good and stocks most necessities at not bad prices. Super clean, lovely staff. Beds are comfy but it is worth noting that the ‘double bed’ is actually 2 separate beds on wheels pushed together! Not one for new couples or newlyweds! The ‘pull out bed’ in the living room is a pull out bed under the sofa and the other person sleeps on the sofa! fYI if you do have the terrace swim up then be warned of creepy men stood on the road (that’s at the top of the wall) looking down into the swimming pool/kids! They can be found working in Europa in the restaurants! Also… my husband got offered some white powder after using the ATM. Safe in the day, not so safe after 8:30!

We had the worst experience of our lives at this apartment hotel. My child became seriously ill during our stay due to the terrible hygiene. The swimming pool was dirty, there were flies everywhere around the food, and the apartment had no air conditioning. Because of the heat and her fever, she could not cool down, started getting nosebleeds, and we had to take her to the emergency room. When we came back, she needed to go to a medical center again. We asked the blonde receptionist for help, even just to call a taxi. She showed zero empathy and refused to help. No one from the hotel assisted us at all. Because of this, my child's father had to fly in urgently from the Netherlands to help us. The reception then wanted to charge us extra for him, even though he only slept on the couch in our apartment to take care of his sick daughter. This place is not even worth 1 star. It is unsafe and the staff has no care for guests in a crisis. I am writing this to warn other families. Do not stay here.

On arriving at the Eden we were quickly checked in and all the information we needed given. Our 2 bedroom swim up room (number 45&46) was spacious clean with a kitchenette you had a coffee machine, kettle and all cutlery you needed, bathroom was a shower and always hot water, a hairdryer. Our balcony was spacious on one side we had table and 4 chairs then 2 Sun beds on, had steps going in the pool and opposite our balcony was a garden area with sun beds on for the use of swim up room customers. We had sun all day on the garden area then from 2 pm it was on our terrace. Food plentiful with a great variety of choice. Drinks were good all the usual beer, Prosecco, wine and sprits. The staff worked hard and always willing to help and friendly. Location was ok did have the Europa centre about 3 minutes walk which was ok,but do need to get taxis to visit other areas they were not walking distance. We had a lovely time but I think it would off been a total different experience if we didn’t have a swim up room , as people were putting towels on beds very early in the morning around 5 am. We also paid for air conditioning.

Staff work so hard to keep the place ticking and always have a smile. Food and drink choice is excellent with the all inclusive options and the rooms are cleaned daily. Great value and to be honest with the deal we got I was not expecting great things but was pleasantly surprised. Nice chilled atmosphere that is great for families. You have to be prepared to bus to the beach as the hotel is in a steep hill, that said the hotel puts on free shuttles.

3 ladies sharing a 3 bedroom swim up apartment.... The accommodation was clean, spacious, comfortable and just what we needed... Unfortunately the swim up rooms were in the shade til 16.00 so the water was freezing... We did have a private sunbathing spot though... The main pool was a lot warmer with loads of sunbeds and a great atmosphere... Food was exceptional.. Worthy of a 5* hotel... All piping hot, tasty, varied.. On small platters and frequently replenished.. 3 live cooking stations and a Mr Whippy icecream machine... Real fresh cream cakes and tons of delicious fruit... Will definitely return.

Stayed here 11th-18th June 2026. I cried on the transfer back to the airport after the week here and that says a lot. First of all, every single member of staff was incredible lovely. They were hard working and never stopped making sure your experience was the best it could be. They are really good at giving you a good laugh and making you feel incredibly welcome. Secondly, the entertainment was perfect for us. A kids mini disco at 8:30 (although we are an 18 year old couple with no kids) was enjoyable, and you could see how much the kids enjoyed it, as well as different entertainment every night, such as flamenco dancers, singers, talent shows and quizzes. Our brilliant experience with the entertainment was all thanks to Simon, he gave us so many tips as we are looking to move abroad and we found him extremely helpful. We were admiring how good and playful he is with the kids and how much they love teasing him back. Next, the food was absolutely incredible. Proper back bacon for breakfast, toasties, pastries, omelettes, etc. It was all incredible. During the day, plenty of snack variations were on offer, and during the night, it was something different every night, but for picky eaters there were also always some safe options, such as chicken, chips and pizza. ICE CREAM MACHINE!! As well as Nutella pumps! The drinks were good. There are 3 cocktails included in the all-inclusive and the rest have to be paid for. We didn't mind this as these cocktails were enough. The staff do make the drinks strong but would always listen if you requested a weaker one (not that we did lol). There are also some self serve options for beer, water, and fizzy pops. The pool was incredible. It is deep all throughout and way bigger than it looks in the photos. It was always clean and fun to be in. Balls are allowed in there and the lifeguard doesn't mind jumping in. We had an absolute blast! Beware if you get sunburnt easily though, the pool had no shaded areas. The rooms were incredible spacious and clean. The cleaners bought clean towels every single day, and were really sweet if you bumped into them. The balconies were amazing too, loungers and a table and chairs set. Absolutely no complaints for the room, apart from the lack of air conditioning. They offer 2 ceiling fans, one in the living room and one above the bed, and we found these worked perfectly fine for us. The hotel offers a free shuttle coach from the hotel to amadores beach, and we found the times of this to be extremely convenient, however, if we didn't want to go or leave at one of the times provided, a taxi was only 5-6 euro. I have already looked into coming to stay here again. It was the absolute best atmosphere and I loved every single moment of my stay!
