Servatur Eden & Buganvillas

Clean & comfortable beds, quiet & great free shuttle to nearest beach, great pool & spacious restaurant area. Good shop at front entrance, hotel is close to bars, cafe & restaurants, you can get a taxi to other parts of coast, 10mins to (Puerto Rico) where you can take lovely boat trips to other islands. Would definitely recommend staying here

Food was very poor quality. A lot wasn’t eatable. The only meal we were happy with was the breakfast. Yes I am comparing to other 3 star hotels. Drinks were ok, but only 2 cocktails available on the all inclusive. Which was a bit of a shock. The coffee machines were good, but sometimes they didn’t work or had ran out. The fact that there is no air con was a real negative. We had to pay for an outside company which was expensive and you have to leave your window open for the pipe, which was not good for security. Pool was nice. Always managed to get a sun lounger (just) even in August. Most of the staff were friendly, but some were miserable. Free bus to the beach is great, but it was very crowded, so we only went once. Views from the outside eating area were lovely. Balconies are a great size! Would I return- No

We had a great time at this hotel. Was always able to get sun loungers either by the pool or on the roof top solarium. Apartment was good with decent appliances. No oven or dishwasher though. There was a shop next to the hotel that was a decent price and had lots of groceries and drinks. Pool area was nice and clean and pool was a good temp. We were self-catering so unsure what the drinks and food were like. No air con in the room but can pay extra for it. Short walk to the europa centre (3 mins) with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Around a 30 minute drive from the airport. 30 min walk to main ***** in Puerto Rico but it’s all down hill. Taxis were around 6 euro down there. Overall i would stay here again, basic and cheap but nice for what we payed.

We stayed for 7 nights at the buganvillas apartments adult only and found them to be lovely and clean, lovely snack bar and swimming pool, always got a sun bed.Staff were very polite and friendly, the apartments were across the road from europa centre, plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from with good entertainment on,or a short journey to commercial centre at the bottom about 8 euros, with lots of bars and restaurants, we just preferred the europa centre want quite as busy,already booked for next year.

Just returned from our family holiday & had a great time, however the hotel has lost its spark slightly compared to last year. Food is ok breakfast is the best meal & the rest is hitty missy but you’ll never starve. Our room was immaculate & cleaners came every day except Sunday. I do feel all rooms should have air con fitted. Entertainment was ok some nights with some decent shows but not so good other nights (NOT AS GOOD AS LAST YEAR) however you have Europa Centre on the doorstep which is great. I do think the hotel should bring back the cash bingo which use to be great & the link up bingo on a Friday which in my opinion would be a game changer. All in all we had a great holiday & would probably return in future.

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week stay here and really enjoyed it from start to finish. The place is kept very clean. The rooms are spacious with good living space to watch TV. The food was excellent! The kitchen staff work very hard to keep everything replenished and hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff were great. Robbie in particular made us laugh losds, has a great energy and kept the entertainment going! I particularly enjoyed the aquagym. The hotel is located approx 5 mins walk from the local shopping centre which includes bars and restaurants if you fancy a change. The hotel also provides a free bus service to the local beach which is gorgeous. If you want to explore further afield then I'd recommend the local taxi service as it is a fairly steep road to walk down to the main area.
