"Such a lovely hotel. I dare say its stars should be higher. The staff were all amazing, the cleaners made sure the room were spotless, the bar staff were lovely and front reception were a joy. My room was delightful and I never once felt unsafe. The pool area was always tidy. The vibes were exactly what I wanted not dead but not rowdy, as a solo traveler I did seem like everyone was a couple but I’d much prefer that to big loud groups. Only down side is it’s very hilly of an area, it didn’t bother me but people who might not want to get their steps in, just be aware and you can taxi for 4 euro from town"

"We booked this hotel as we needed an extra night before checking into our main holiday. Pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place was. We had a pool level room with a huge terrace, very clean, well maintained. The only downside was only the bedroom had air conditioning and as we used the sofa bed (very comfortable) as well it was a really hot night! Excellent y friendly service and the buffet breakfast was lovely. But a long walk and multiple lifts … but wow the view from up top was incredble. We would definitely stay here again"

"Arrived back from Eden Appertments a week ago after visiting Peurto Rico for 7 days. A excellent hotel that caters very well for families with children and adults only. The food was outstanding. Plenty of choice for everyone. The bar staff and restaurant staff were so hard working and never stopped. A big thank you to Big Al, Michel and all the staff for a very pleasant experience. A lovely roof top terrace for Adults only was,a great addition for those without children. What I found amazing about this holiday was that there so many lovely and friendly families from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Scotland as well as English. It works really well. Hotel room was very spacious and impeccably clean. Good entertainment for families. Beer and cold drinks on tap Great transport to beach daily, 3 times a day and pick up. I would recommend this hotel to British Families and also Adults. Children well behaved. Credit to parents. A big thank to Leo behind the desk who was extremely kind and friendly The Gran Canarians and Spanish people were fantastic all round. 110% Thank you. Ps A big toast to Big Al (in photo)"
